In love with the texture of mesh.

unsure whether this is the best place to ask or not,
but i am struggling to find a solid, reliable and skilled tattooist here in Gurgaon, i have gotten tattoos from Devliz and Tenzin during the breaks i have come back to India but both of the places were over-reliant on stencils and barely gave any input of their own.

So i was hoping if anyone personally knows/has had good experiences with any specific tattoo artists nearby, id absolutely appreciate the recommendation <33
