Need a recommendation for an effective marriage/family counselor

Please share if you've had a positive experience with any such provider, and their name and/or contact into.

I appreciate it.

P.s. can be outside of Reno too, they likely offer telehealth.

Best roadtrip toys/entertainment for <2y/o

Hi y'all. I'm planning a 2 week long road trip this summer in the PNW. My 16 mo old toddler is usually always good during car rides, even long ones, but this is going to be several days of crazy driving. She loves the outdoors so were going to try to make as many nature stops as possible. We're gonna try our best and if she can't manage it, we will readjust the trip and drive less.

In any case, I'm in dire need of your advice on the best and most entertaining toys for a (then) 18mo old kiddo. She loves magnets and her magnetic board, anything monkey related, her Wonderbuddy singalong radio, singing/electronic toys (like her Ms Rachel doll), etc. She also loves image books. Open to any suggestions. We currently don't use screens and would prefer to hold off as long as possible. Thanks in advance. I will send blessings your way as we peacefully drive due to your recommendation. 😂

Dog poops and yard play. How do you do it?

Hi folks. I have a husky who produces big ol poops in the yard on the grass. I, of course, clean it regularly (every day if my toddler is going to be outside). However, my dogs poops gets smeared on the grass sometimes if its not a solid poop. What are y'all doing about this? Should I section off a side for my kid to play and a side for my dog to poop? She runs through the grass, trips, touches the grass, and moments later will just rub her face or touch her mouth. Am I overreacting? Im worried about bacteria and parasites.

I'm new to the area and need recommendations on gyms local to Sparks with GOOD child care. My biggest concern is distance and the quality of the child care providers and cleanliness of their designated space. Thank you.

I have a 15mo old female toddler who is around 25lb. I take her to swim class and its a heated pool with a heated auditorium, although sometimes it feels kind of chilly on certain days. I dress her in a toddler wetsuit but I still notice her shivering with lips turning a little blue in the pool. They spend some time out of the water playing on the edges or whatever, and during that time, I'm constantly splashing water on her or dunking her in the pool because she is shivering. The other kids are not!!!! She doesnt have this problem anywhere else and actually kind of runs hot and doesn't like blankets on her. Whats going on??? Should I be worried?
