Is the mainboard fan proprietary or can i just throw in another of the same size and voltage?

I was wanting to make a device that i can pipe my microphone through with a toggle switch that changes from actual mic input to static noise for privacy reasons. How would i go about this? Would this count as a filter? any advice appreciated!

I found a design for an mp7, and would love to have one, and prison doesnt sound fun. What is the process for making a firearm in colorado? Do i need an ffl or can i have someone with one engrave it to register it? Any advice?
