The first chart is my Oura temp chart for this cycle. No ovulation detected. NC was predicting I might ovulate on the 12th/CD 15 (was pushed back multiple times, hence so many LH tests). Never got a positive LH test. My period came and after logging it NC is now claiming to confirm I ovulated on the 5th/CD 8 without a sustained temp rise… I’m so confused. so I included the NC charts from before I logged my period and after. Something just isn’t right and I’m confused.

I’m really confused and getting a little frustrated. 🙃the first picture includes cycles 1-3, second picture is just where I strolled down to my current cycle (4). My last cycle was odd so I think it threw NC off. I’m on CD 16 and still haven’t ovulated although the app has been pushing my predicted ovulation date back for 5 days now. I’ve been taking LH tests almost twice a day since Aug 6th (CD 9) and it’s just been negative after negative.

I wonder if I didn’t actually ovulate last month (Cycle 3) because although the app claims I ovulated July 18th (CD 12) I received a positive LH test on July 30th and 24th AFTER my supposed ovulation. My oura ring also said they couldn’t confirm I ovulated during that cycle.

Any thoughts? Opinions?

Did I ovulate these three cycles specifically the last one? I know it says I did but I thought your temp is supposed to stay up for three consecutive days afterwords? I’m new to this. Got off of BC in April and just wondering if things look normal.

Do my temps look okay? (F 25) I see other people post their graphs and mine just don’t seem to stray far from my baseline compared to what I see posted. I’ve had the ring since Feb but don’t have the most extensive understanding of the bbt feature
