Landed my first job after a few months of job hunting. Honestly, this is the only facet I applied for in HR—Training and Development - L&D Associate.

I am planning to move to UDH Bldg. J Ortigas. I have visited the unit na—new unit, 6 tenants co-living, airbnb type of bedspace. Experience was good. The tenants seem decent and ok to stay with (surface value). I checked the Alfamart and stayed there for a while, seems ok for basic needs. Yung owner mismo ng unit yung nagpa-view sa akin.
All-in rate, I am out 11hrs a day. Sleep, bathe, meal prep lang gagawin.
Any thing to say before I start my contract? Advice, tips, hacks.

Kaya ma survive? Matipid at practical na tao lang ako. Ang concern lang is yung commute or being <30mns away sa place.
