One UI now syncs natively with Google Photos. Being entangled with OneDrive felt fragmented in retrospect. Taking the OS from Google and using Microsoft services did not make much sense. Nice move, Samsung.

What it does:
GutenbergMD is a local-first Markdown notes app built around fast capture, clean writing, and simple organisation. It creates a local vault on your device, and your files stay there rather than being sent to a cloud service.
It also works with existing Markdown folders. GutenbergMD can read folders recursively, so you can point it at a vault used by apps like Obsidian or other local Markdown-based tools.

It hasn't been that long since I ditched my entire ecosystem from another well-known brand 😅 and switched over to Samsung.
One thing that has genuinely surprised me is just how generous Samsung is with discounts. I honestly can't think of another brand that lets you stack multiple offers on a single purchase the way Samsung does. Between trade-ins, vouchers, member discounts, and promotions, I end up getting incredible value almost every time I buy something.
It's one of those things you don't really appreciate until you're actually in the ecosystem.
Due to an issue with the app, I had to uninstall it. Then I realized it had been pulled down when I wanted to reinstall it. I'm not sure what caused it, but I very recently installed it on this new phone (2 months ago).
Does anyone know the reason for this?
