5 months journey

1st pic - I was wearing a compression vest ( for obvious reasons) but sadly that was also not working as you can see

2nd pic - just randomly decided to wear the tshirt to check the current progress without any vest inside like in the previous case. Just changed the background with ai to prevent doxing my self

Lost around 30kg on semasize currently although a long way ahead for sure.

I cried!! Tears of Joy!!

He showed that you still can rise when the whole world discards you! It’s a full circle moment nico interviewed Lewis after winning. Also Novak another goat hunting his 25th grand slam waving the chequered flag. Best GP in a long time.

Just bought a PS5 2 weeks ago looking for people to add me to their friend list or vice versa

https://profile.playstation.com/Kirtous15

At the age of 30 no one in my friend circle is into gaming hence this move. Currently playing few single player story games but soon I’ll be going to multiplayer and all so just trying to grow my circle.

I too can add you just drop your tag I’ll send.

3 months ( 1 week still left ) update of my Semaglutide Journey.

Hey everyone tbh I forgot to update so now I am here after I got poked by someone’s comment in my previous post thanks for the nudge.

Lost 16.3 kgs in the time feeling really good. Focusing on protein goals going forward to gym 4 days a week and 2 days playing tennis. I can’t even imagine 2 months I was walking slowly due to knee pain but now I’m running entire court in tennis like it’s nothing of course I’m slow but still it’s an achievement for me.

People might think the Semaglutide injection is a miracle thing but it’s not it’s just a helping hand to change your lifestyle. I for sure need the help.

As for side effect few days there are sulphur burps that’s it apart from that nothing. And for diet it’s 250gm of protein ( including whey protein), creatine 6gm , 20-35gm of carbs , multivitamins, calcium, liver supplements, magnesium glycenate , zandu nityam ( smooth bowel)

P.S - this post is just a personal journey update and not medical advice. Please refrain from asking me for doctors number because I prefer avoiding that just search google “best endocrinologist in my area “

Add Kimi to the list of lucky charms for Hamilton

Somewhat kimi and Lewis always meet at the end. Hopefully Lewis brought his mum to have that extra power. Podium again tmrw!!

Owning and Playing on Ps5 in India has now become Frustrating

  1. Be a bloodhound to source the console first. I see people buying ps5 slim digital edition @58k it has to be a joke.

  2. After running around for days you finally get a console now you can’t use UPI to buy games and 70% cards don’t work so you think you can buy gift card and redeem but that’s completely wiped of the market. So no way of buying anything .

  3. Even if you get to source a pan gift card from shady site paying 10% extra you don’t get any subscriptions discount a common thing enjoyed by the entire world.

And I am sure this will get more worse we as Indians are just a population game for them imo that’s it.

So it’s been a weird 1 month for me lost around 4kgs on the first week and 2kgs the last 3 weeks. Joined a gym seeing some positive changes obviously strength increasing a lot. Compared to the changes in scale I’m more happy I’m able to walk and jog without the fear of blacking out or being out of breath which was a common phenomenon before. Knee pain gone 90%. Will be joining Tennis from this twice a week used to play till 16 then left die to studies and life happened pretty much excited to join again. Didn’t feel a damn side effect like nausea or sulphur burps. My food noise did come slightly in the last week I’m guessing my body got used to it with the intro dose of 0.25mg. Moreover I’m happy that I lost around 6kgs a long way ahead of me but along with it my mental health improved a lot. This is coming from a man who who used to bath maybe only 5 times a month now the same person has a full shelf of Minimalist Skincare xd. This had been a magical and life changing month for me and cheers for more to come.
