Any tips on how to improve my 10m?

I dont ever do track but i play soccer and i would love to see some tips that would improve my technique in acceleration, thank you 🙏

I can do everything, but a good first touch

Is there anyway to improve this, because my touch with slow passes and one twos are great but when it comes to taking a first touch as a direction change im horrible at it, its crucial for me since im a winger, any good way to improve?

Is it smart to buy 2 size (eu) smaller and fit in for better touch and less traction inside the shoes?

I’ve seen clips about lamine yamal and cristiano ronaldo doing it, szoboszlai aswell and i thought of it if it was a good idea

Duck footed

Hey guys, so I got duck feet (my feet turn outwards while my knees stay straight) and this kind of makes me feet feel like they are all over the place when i play, how do i make it so my feet are well aligned with my knees and also i could gain more control over my feet and make it so like im using my hands, like more flexibility and better muscle memory on the feet, and i could control and orchestrate them better.
