Being Dropped from Classes Randomly?

Has anyone else been dropped from a class randomly? I literally was just removed from an upper division math course for zero reason. I've also had 3 courses change their scheduled times. One literally changing the discussion a few hours ago (the one i was dropped from). Luckily, I literally just reregistered for the class with no issue but class registration has been so strange this semester..

Overlapping class times after change?

Did a ton of classes have schedule changes? I swear i have a huge 2 hour overlap now with a lab and a remote class. I don't really want to contact any advisor either incase I get dropped from the class as a result.

How to Clean Philips One Blade?

Hi I've been using the Philips One Blade and it's been great so far. However, one thing that confuses me is that I read most people just wash it out with water to clean it. As someone with acne prone skin I feel like this isn't that sanitary. Is there a better way to clean it that anyone has tried?

Goodwill Letter to Chase Regarding 3 Closed Cards and Late Payments

Hi all, hoping to get some insight on whether this is even worth trying.

About a year ago I had 3 Chase cards (Freedom Unlimited, Business Cash, Business Unlimited) alongside a couple others. I ended up pretty deep in debt across those 3 specifically and got a bit too loose with spending while living on my own for the first time, including a trip I probably shouldn't have taken. Chase ended up closing all 3 accounts on their end, and each one had gone about 2 months past due before I paid them off in full.

The good news is I was able to pull together the funds and pay off every balance across all 3 before things escalated any further with Chase.

Now I'm wondering if anyone has had luck reaching out to Chase directly to ask if they'd update or soften those late marks as a courtesy, given that everything's paid in full now? I know it's probably a long shot, and I'm not even sure banks are able to reclassify a late payment as on-time after the fact even if they wanted to. Just curious if anyone's tried this with Chase specifically, or has any other advice for cleaning this up going forward.

Thanks in advance!

Goodwill Letter to Chase Regarding 3 Closed Cards and Late Payments

Hi all. I'd love some insight if this idea is feasible. So I had 3 Chase Credit Cards about a year ago: Freedom Unlimited, Business Cash, and Sapphire Preferred. I had a total of 5 cards at the time but I got about 6k into debt across these 3 cards due to living on my own at a young age and spending too much on a trip. All 3 chase cards which were closed by chase. Luckily, I got the funds to pay all 3 cards off and paid my entire balance between all of them before they were charged off and sent to collections. They were each about 60 days late though.

Now, I've been wondering if sending a Goodwill Request to remove the late payments off my report for any of the 3 cards is something that anybody has heard of or think could work. I'm assuming this is a probably a 1 in a million chance, but I'm thinking that the fact I paid all 3 off before they were charged off could help.

Also I don't even know if they can remove "late payments" and make them as regular on time payments on their end.

Any thoughts/anecdotes? Thanks.

Do Closed Chase Accounts Update their Balance once Paid Off?

Hi everyone. I had a chase credit card that was closed due to late payments. I completely paid off the balance after it was closed and it was never sent to collection. On my report, it shows "Closed" but that I still have a $143 balance. I paid it off last month and am wondering if Chase will update this or if I have to file a dispute. Anybody have experience with this?

College Student Applied to Hundreds of Minimum Wage Jobs

Hi all. I'm going into my 4th year of college this August and this summer, I decided to take a few summer classes to boost my GPA and take some exams related to my post-college aspirations (actuarial).

I've always held some kind of job, and last year I moved back in with my mom from living alone and working 3 jobs to sustain myself. So this summer I expected to easily be able to land a job within a few weeks since I have tons of experience in low level roles like cashiering, serving, store manager, etc.. And yet, I literally cannot get ANY interviews.

I've tried calling and going into some places as well but to be honest, 80% of the time they tell me to drop off a resume. And going to 5+ places to drop off a resume is something I have never had to do with my experience. And yet, I'm not getting any interviews. I can work 30-40 hours a week right now and up to 20 during the school year so I've made sure to make that clear.

Does anybody have any reasons why this may be happening? I've read that places see people with too much experience in a negative way due to having higher expectations. But I mean its not like I've worked a salary job before.

I'd appreciate any insight or advice!

I tried logging in with gmail and also just using the email type in but both lead to the same new account. Anyone else run into this? And how can I log into the same account on my pc?
