Indian buffet

Does anybody know if there’s any Indian buffets around anymore? Last post I could find mentioned Haveli, but they don’t do buffet anymore from what I can tell

This drawing trend…

I do love looking at all your drawings, but why do I have yet to see one actually following safe cosleeping practices?! Pets in the bed, blankets by baby, pillows behind infant. Freaks me out!

Did daycare mess us up?

I’m a 99% exclusive pumper with that 1% being latching for comfort and before he started going to daycare, we used to do one ‘meal’ a day at breast then top off with a bottle if needed (I’m an underproducer). This amounted to latching maybe 3 to 4 times per day. This really worked well for us the last 12 weeks, and he was doing well, but then he started daycare. This is his first weekend after starting daycare and I swear it seems like he forgot how to latch 😭 We were still trying to latch for comfort this week but apparently it wasn’t enough? Have any of my other 99% EP moms encountered this? Did it ever improve or did you take it as your sign to be done latching?

Making back to work a little fun

I’m back to work this week and needed a sign for my office door to alert my coworkers when they shouldn’t just barge in for a chat.. obviously I had to embrace the dairy cow theme 😌😂
Gives me a little chuckle when I hang it up, a small bright spot in the otherwise hard first week back at work without my boy.
Side note: I’m not typically super happy to be exclusively pumping but I will say that it definitely made the transition back to work easier. No need to worry if he’ll take a bottle- always has. No need to figure out my pumps last minute- already a pro

Babies do the funniest things

When we feed our baby a bottle and he particularly enjoys it, he brings his little fists together like this. It’s the cutest little thing and I just had to share- I’m so glad he can enjoy my milk even if it’s not straight from the tap!

10-11 week charts

Hi everybody! First time mom here who did not get blessed with a unicorn sleeper. Baby really struggles with night time sleep and I have seen/ heard WAY too many parents talking about their newborns and young infants sleeping through the night or at least giving 2 really good stretches at night and I just need to see some sleep charts from other parents who did NOT have that experience so that I can feel slightly less crazy.
If you don’t mind adding, when did sleep improve for your little one and did you make any specific changes?
