I have an interview with a building official tomorrow for a Building Inspector position. I already had the panel interview it went well and now they want a second interview with the building official. Anyone have any tips on what they could ask or what I should prepare for?
Can I just skip to the final practice exam on the course and retake it as many times as I can until I know it instead of running through each module? Help me out because I just wanna get my cert as fast as possible
I just got approved to take a written exam for the city of San Diego building inspector position and I want to see if there anything I can pick up on to study, or what will be on the exam. The city doesn’t offer study guides for the test so I have to do it on my own term. Should I get a residential code book? I have my commercial building inspector certification so I can study off that if I need to but I want to know if I should look for anything else to help.
Just started working on my commercial electrical cert E2. But I feel completely lost, I don’t know what to highlight for the exam or I don’t know how to go about SI Certs. I got my commercial building inspection cert not so long ago but I didn’t use si certs I went to a in person course but now I didn’t want to do that so I signed up for si certs and I’m starting to regret it because I don’t know how to study it or go about it
I applied for a city inspector position, they recently told me they have a pre employment test I have to take which contain general information about a building inspector 1 position, I already completed my certification test but I have no idea what this new exam contains, can anyone help me out?
Need help writing daily logs I used to work for a ior but never really got how they wrote they’re logs he would have me text him photos and headcount’s through messages, but I think I need to be more professional and put it on a doc but I just don’t know how to format it or what more information to put
I’ve been an assistant inspector for a while now but I’m just starting to branch off on my own. My previous boss would have me write report through text, just send a couple photos and inform what the guys are doing. Now that I’m trying to branch off I don’t really have an idea on where to write my reports and how, so if someone can shoot me an example or where to write them. I hopped on google doc to see what’s up but I don’t know the format or what you guys put on there
I started training muay thai a couple weeks ago but I came from a boxing background, I can’t seem to get my kicks up high enough to damage the body and I don’t want to be the guy only spamming leg kicks, I’ve tried a couple stretches but I don’t know how long I should be holding the stretches or how long I should be stretching in general, if you guys can help me out to loosen these hips with tips and tricks it would really help.
Got my first cert and I plan on applying for work at the city should I be worried about a drug test?
I got both of my molars filled but they bother me only when I try to chew food I got my left one done yesterday but my right molar has been bother me for months now causing me to chew on one side until u recently got my right one done now I feel like I can’t even chew my food. Should I go back? Or do I wait it out?
I’m 21m and me and my girlfriend have been together for 2 years now, my parents say that she’s not motivated for me, in terms of her career and I see it I love my gf but she doesn’t do anything and has no motivation for anything like her schooling or looking for work. My parent seem to notice and they’re trying to push me away from her but I just can’t I love her too much and we have so many memories together to just throw it away. I would love to talk to her but knowing her she’s hardheaded and she would take what I’m saying too personal and be depressed for weeks, But I’m just trying to show my parents that we’re good for each other. Also I tried leading by example I picked up mma and going to work everyday I would assume she would get motivated just seeing how busy I keep myself but it doesn’t seem to work, I mean now she doesn’t have motivation to leave the house and I’m just really worried about proving my parents right that’s not what I want.
