How to get first few clients as an exterior cleaning start up?

Main thing I can think of is Facebook and door to door knocking.

Trouble is, local Facebook groups don’t really allow business promo

What are some very niche side hustles you’ve heard of? (Offline side hustles only)

The other day, I heard of a local man who cleans people’s computers for them. Apparently there’s a market for that

Who else is super excited for the book release?

Even though most of the information in the book is already readily available, I can’t wait to just have it all in one place.

Charles has one of the best jobs of all time IMO

I know reaction videos aren’t anything new, but the job he’s created for himself is incredible.

To be able to sit in front of your computer, react to a funny video for 10-20 minutes, hardly edit it, and then make 10’s of thousands of dollars each month, if not more is absolutely insane.

I’m not saying he’s not a hard worker, this is obviously a result of years of consistency, not to mention his streaming and other channels etc.

His views don’t even drop off either, this guy has cracked the code

How to mentally prepare for my first cold calling session

I’ve just started an agency where I will be mainly cold calling to begin with.
I’m an introvert. I’m not a huge fan of conversation and I’m not someone with heaps of charisma.
I’ve never done a cold call in my life. Any tips?

Is the rest of the Aussie job market as bad as it is in Brisbane?

My girlfriend and I have been here in Brisbane for 6 weeks now. I found a job pretty quick in construction, but my girlfriend is still searching for a job despite applying for hundreds. We are ok working holiday visas, from the UK.
My girlfriend is searching for all types of jobs, nothing specific.

We really like Brisbane but it’s tough at the moment living off of one income.

Is the job market this bad all over Australia? Or are there areas where it’s much easier to get a job?

Best ways to look for work?

I’m a Brit staying here on a working holiday visa. Been here a couple weeks now, looking it a job in construction.

Back home, I am a qualified plumber. Here however, I’m not qualified so I am looking for work as a general labourer/trade assistant.

What ways are there of finding a job that aren’t just Indeed/Seek? Any good agencies?
