Ive noticed that my so called pay increase isnt a pay increase.

My base went from 1090 a sleek to 985 a week. How is that an increase of pay??? It isn't due to a form we all had to sign as rsr's. Saying they can throttle your pay if they over charge you and give you more if you go under. Fluctuations like this shouldn't be allowed.
