Be nice , trying to take on photography

Im using a Samsung s23 ultra to take these photos in raw mode. Not the most forgiving haha. But also wanted to show off my Ann Takamaki figure I got for free technically due to Amazon's ignorance.

Played a bogner Uberschall Ultra recently.

I neeed one really badly now. Thee end. The gain structure is so much more refined for modern metal now and was laughing chaotically at the low end grunt it delivered non stop.

Pay rate variables

Ive noticed that my so called pay increase isnt a pay increase.

My base went from 1090 a sleek to 985 a week. How is that an increase of pay??? It isn't due to a form we all had to sign as rsr's. Saying they can throttle your pay if they over charge you and give you more if you go under. Fluctuations like this shouldn't be allowed.
