Need advice

Hello, don't know if someone can help me here, I had sonography in Jan first week, where at time i had stone of 4.9 mm, pain was nothing at that time,

Last month I had severe pain and got sonography, where I came to know the stone has grown to 17mm now, I have been advised to do a laser surgery.

What concerning is, do these grow so rapidly like within 5 months or should I get tests done again?

Need suggestions.

Me and my girlfriend are traveling to Goa for the first time. in few weeks

we both do not have a driving licence, I do have a learning licence. What are the options.

Last option I have is cabs

Also won't be traveling outside vagator and anjuna.

Other recommendations are most welcome
