Anxiety!

Tomorrow 9am is my l1. I am just going through les, mocks and premium pack. And I am struggling big time. I know the concepts, I know everything. But fear of failure will take over me when I'm sitting for the exam and I know for a fact I will end up messing everything up.

Who ever casted Yash as Ravana deserves an award.

Just watched the trailer, and Yash looks perfect for this role. Though I had set the bar too low after watching adipurush (on reels), but yash looks exceptional.

Worth buying Fitbit Air at 15k?

For context, I am planning to gift this to my brother who has just started his transformation journey. I was planning to get one for myself, but since I already use a Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra, it doesn't make sense for me to purchase this or a WHOOP.

I am sure my brother doesn't require ultra-accurate data points like pro athletes (who often prefer WHOOP); basic metrics like steps, sleep, and heart rate monitoring are more than enough for him.

Is ₹15,000 a good price for this? Also, are all features fully available in India?

I have been facing high heart rate issue since a while.

I am an experienced runner with multiple half marathons and 10ks under my belt, but work and rainy weather have made my routine inconsistent lately. Coming back from a recent break, I’m running into a frustrating issue: after just a 300m jog, my heart rate spikes to 170–180 bpm. I’ve verified this across multiple devices (Whoop, Samsung Watch Ultra, Apple Watch), but even without the trackers, I physically feel completely out of breath with my heart pounding.

I went to a doctor to be safe. After an echocardiogram and a stress test, I was given a clean bill of health. The doctor said it was nothing serious and just advised me to focus on my diet and stay consistent with my cardio. However, I’ve been eating a clean diet for six months with only one cheat day a week, so I don't think that's the issue.

For context, I am 23 years old and weigh 90 kg. While a part of me believes that getting back to daily running will gradually fix this, I can't shake the lingering anxiety that something serious is wrong, despite the doctor's reassurance. Has anyone experienced this, and do you have any recommendations on how to overcome it?

Why is no one asking questions about this situation?

Why are we as Mumbaikars so used to living like this daily? I really do not understand why people are not taking their personal space seriously. Questions should be asked to both: 1. Yourself 2. Govt/Ambani.

Why yourself? For not taking your life seriously. Every single day, every single ride in the metro, I see people cramped up. No space to breathe. Sweaty people all around. I hear women screaming every single day. What can they even do? When you enter from any station and find a train packed, you can't just wait for the next train because this is a never-ending process. It's high time we all collectively raise questions about our own safety and personal space, and let go of that word "ADJUST." We Mumbaikars love this word. I keep hearing this every day: "thoda adjust karna hi padega." Why should we adjust?

Why Govt/Ambani (only for the blue line)? People have been demanding two additional compartments, which would reduce this chaos in a single day. But they don't want to add this for some reason. I have written to them several times. It's of no use.

At this point i am so fking frustrated and irritated. It boils my blood everyday. For those who think I am overreacting, just check out few videos of japan and south korea metro during rush hours. We pay the same amount of fare, same percentage of taxes, then why the difference in service?

What premium gyms options do we have guy?

I go to Cult Rajawadi, but it's a little far for me. I visited a CrossFit gym in Kailash Plaza; honestly, it's so crowded and has basic equipment. I used to go to Cult near Lavender Bough. What other options do we have for good equipment and fewer crowds?

Buying a car in India is the absolute worst

For context, I am currently buying two cars—a Honda City facelift and a Kia Seltos 2026—and both dealerships are somehow worse than each other.

Kia Seltos: > I booked it in February when the dealership claimed a 3-week delivery timeline. Trusting them, I sold my old car through Spinny because I was getting a good quote. Since then, they have delayed my delivery by another 3 weeks, and now by a whole month. Mind you, they have been completely silent about this. I only get an answer when I physically visit the showroom. There is absolutely no proactive communication from their end.

Honda City: > This has to be the most disappointing experience because I actually had a great image of Honda’s service in my mind. They literally cheated us on the quote they shared. They initially said the insurance would be 3+1 (3 years first-party + 1 year third-party), but after I made the payment, they said it was 1+3. They basically scammed us. We had to fight just to get a refund for the insurance amount. I honestly cannot believe the sheer audacity of these people. Zero professionalism, zero communication.

I have friends in the US who keep telling me how easy it is for them to buy and sell cars. Buying a car in India is nothing but a massive headache.

Buying this beauty

Like most Indian households, my family has been fiercely loyal to Japanese reliability. Our garage timeline says it all: Maruti 800 ➔ Wagon R ➔ Ertiga ➔ Honda City ➔ Honda Brio ➔ Innova Hycross.

My dad’s love for JDM/Japanese engineering is unmatched, and honestly, I see why. Today, we are officially trading in our trusted 2017 Honda City for the new facelift. Excited for the upgrade!

Considering Acres Club membership

Hey guys, I’m staying in Ghatkopar, and since The Acres Club is only 7 minutes away, I’m thinking of starting to swim there regularly. There aren't many decent pools in Ghatkopar besides Jolly, and I believe Acres also has badminton and padel courts. I’d love to get a member’s perspective on what you honestly think of the club, the staff, and the general crowd. Any insights would be really helpful
