Men Lose Interest After Sex (Any Solution)?

I'm dating again at almost 50 (49F) and I'm finding the same trend now that I found in my 20's which is that men are usually very nice right until you have sex. Then they typically lose interest. My friends have experienced the same thing. This seems to happen if you have sex immediately or wait for months to hook up: I am irritated that this is still a "thing" and don't know how to deal with it. Should I never have sex with a man? Wait until I'm re-married? Any suggestions are appreciated!

Post-Chemotherapy UTI

I am a breast cancer survivor (IDC ++-) who had radiation, but no chemo, and my mom is also a cancer survivor. I didn't need chemotherapy, but my mom (age 76) did a six-round course of it and now has a suppressed immune system and recurrent UTI infections: Does anyone have suggestions on how to treat a UTI which occurs due to suppressed immune system?

I was diagnosed with IDC (++-) in late 2024, treated. Finished active treatment mid-2025 (9 months ago) but still dealing with a host of side effects, including nerve damage. Anyway, I had a quick appointment with a new pain specialist today and could feel my BP rising almost immediately. They didn't believe me regarding my medication history, couldn't figure out how to switch a RX from one provider to the other, and seemed mad at me about it.

I was kind of enraged. I bet my BP shot up like 50 points: But I never had these stress reactions at doctors before breast cancer. Is medically-induced stress/PTSD a thing?

I am doing some online dating this year (49F) and keep finding people lying about things on their dating profiles: Aside from the obvious like are they really married, they lie a lot about age, height, weight, etc. which are all obviously wrong when they show up IRL.

I guess I just want to vent. I try hard to put current, realistic pictures (including some with glasses and some without, hair up and down) but so many people don't. Why try to look significantly better online, so people are disappointed IRL?

I just joined CMB this week. I'm a 49F and don't quite understand the mechanism: I seem to have a list of "suggested" people (currently 17 of them) plus a list of "liked you" (currently about 45) and then a blank "discover" button and blank "chat" section. Am I supposed to like the "suggested" men?
