I stopped making separate notes for every research rabbit hole
I started using Gemini Notebook for one specific problem: I kept saving useful information in different places and then forgetting where I found it.
Now, when I’m researching something, I put the related sources into one notebook instead of making a new note every time. What surprised me was how much easier it became to go back and ask questions about the same topic later.
One thing that helped was writing down what I actually want to figure out before adding more sources. Otherwise, I end up collecting a bunch of interesting information that I never use.
I’m still figuring out the best way to organize bigger notebooks. Do you prefer keeping one notebook for a broad topic, or making separate notebooks for smaller projects?
