WeBike BR?

I've seen a bunch of docks downtown for WeBike BR, but have never once actually seen a bike at those docks and have never seen anyone riding one. Visiting their website, it looks like it's an active program, which makes me even more confused at to what these are. Does anyone know if this is an actually active rental e-bike program that just has way too few bikes available or if they just haven't gotten started yet?

Some questions about the Go Stellar

Looking to get a commuter scooter for my daly commute in a downtown area and the Go Stellar seems to have a lot of what I'm looking for. Before pulling the trigger, I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the Go Stellar in an area with roads that aren't necessarily the best maintained. Is the ride still comfortable and can the scooter handle it?

I'm also wondering how accurate people have found the range estimates. Most of my commuting with only be a couple miles round trip, but I will probably want to travel a bit further on it occasionally (~15 miles round trip max).

Thanks!

Experiences with Coop ride share app?

Going to the airport soon and was looking to try the Coop app instead of Lyft or Uber. Anyone have experiences with early morning scheduled rides with them? I know they have fewer drivers and that can be an issue but am wondering if their scheduling feature works well enough that I'll be able to get a ride.

I'm out in the burbs a bit so especially wondering if people have had good luck outside downtown.

International to Domestic transfer (coming from United States) at Toronto Pearson on WestJet/Delta-WestJet codeshared flights

I'm traveling to Canada later this month and have an international-to-domestic transfer at Toronto Pearson and cannot find clear instructions on the process for customs/re-entering security etc in Terminal 3, just Terminal 1.

What is the process at Terminal 3? First flight is operated by Delta code-sharing with WestJet and the second flight is on WestJet. I am mostly trying to determine if I want to check a bag or if that would make things a bigger hassle.

Sounds like the process is pretty painless at Terminal 1 but am a bit nervous with the lack of info on Terminal 3.

My itinerary is ATL -> YYZ -> YVR.

Thanks!

Bad roommate refusing to do moving tasks until the last minute

Our lease was up at the end of May. There are three of us in the house, I'll call the decent one Responsible Roommate and the problem roommate the Problem Roommate. Responsible Roommate and I had made it clear we were not renewing the lease several months in advance. We aren't renewing partially to get away from Problem Roommate, who doesn't pitch in for chores and hasn't paid her share of rent or utilities in months (single shared responsibility lease). we asked her to leave in March. She said she would but wouldn't actually leave and the landlord couldn't really get involved since the lease was shared.

We told her she needed to be ready to move at the end of May because we weren't sticking around. She didn't get a place lined up so she's staying at an older adult semi-parental figure's house for a bit. Apparently couldn't figure out that all her shit wouldn't be able to go with her literally on move out day. She didn't even bother to start packing until the day before move out. She also claimed a ton of furniture that I didn't want anymore to stop me from donating or tossing it so this seems like a problem of her own making. Told her she better figure out a storage unit or I was throwing the shit she said she wanted (but was still mine) in a dumpster because I was the primary point of contact for the landlord and did not want to deal with the fallout of her incompetence. She claimed to figure out a storage unit at 9pm on move out day and said she'd have everything in there by yesterday. Never mind that was a day too late.

Went by yesterday because I realized I accidentally left a potted plant on the porch. Wasn't a huge deal and landlord didn't care if I grabbed it so I did. Saw Problem roommate's stuff in a park next to the house. Told her that she's going to need to get that moved because the city isn't stupid and will complain to the landlord. She claimed a family emergency (she earlier claimed she was no-contact, so heavily doubt) and that she couldn't get it. Told her she better get it today. No response. Doubt she actually figured out that storage unit.

She's known that she needs to get out for months. Couldnt make a single plan to make it happen. She always waited until something was an active crisis before doing anything and therefore was always in active crisis. Glad to not have to deal with her again.

We're getting thunderstorms all week so if her shit is still in that park, it's getting ruined. I kind of don't care.

This isn't an advice wanted post, just wanted to rant about some incompetence.

TL;DR: roommate knew we were moving for months. She refused to take basic steps to move. Now her belongings are in a park and I'm the one who will have to deal with any blow back from the landlord over things she didn't move.

Lease requires professional cleaning but landlord is requiring I cancel cleaners (Colorado)

my lease states that "tenants are responsible for the professional cleaning of the unit when vacating". It does not mention, specify, or require a specific contractor. I went ahead, found and hired an insured cleaning service. Let the landlord know what day they'd be here so there wouldn't be any issue if he wanted to schedule a showing. Landlord seemed upset and told me to cancel the cleaners and to refer to the lease. I had hired the cleaners because I remembered that clause and double checked that I wasn't missing something. That's the only thing I found outside of something stating that the landlord would hire carpet cleaners and less the cost of the carpet cleaners from the deposit (I did not hire a carpet cleaning service).

He sent this request as a text. I live in Colorado.

What do I do? I don't want to cancel my cleaners and then get hit with a cleaning fee for non-compliance with the lease because of later demands but I don't want there to be an issue because I refused to comply with the demand.
