Guess I'll find a new server and go agane...
1956 GMT Khaki, the color hues give off such a retro-vintage vibe.
My significant other gifted me this beautiful Timex Q Chronograph, quartz movement, for my birthday. Sadly, within a month, the chronograph hand is having issues and won't reset properly at the 12 position.
In my attempts to reset the chronograph hand, it spins freely with gravity. If i physically turn the watch on its side, the chronograph hand will fall to that side.
I called Timex to do a warranty claim, which will cost me shipping and handling plus a 2-3 months wait since it has to go overseas.
Is this common with quartz chronographs or the Q line specifically? I know Timex is an entry-level brand, but for the watch to not even last a month with proper use is quite upsetting.
Thanks, everybody!
