Daily Silver…Do You Carry?

Does anyone here carry a silver coin or silver bar with them in their pocket as a daily carry piece? If so what do you carry?

Kruggerands at Spot…???

Anybody know why this is? I ordered some coins today and paid above spot for them. Bought 3 Australian 2026 Kangaroos.

Went to the coin shop today and saw a Kruggerand. Was a few years old but never saw one before and really liked the simplicity of the coin.

Go on here and notice they are AT spot. Why would that be?

Said I Wouldn’t Do It…and…I Did

I told myself that I would ONLY stick with American Silver Eagles, Canadian Maples, and Britannias.

That however was NOT the case today.

Picked up this beauty today for $100 from the LCS. Meet my 2022 Germania 🥰🥰🥰

Best Online Retailer for Value

Really looking into finding more online retailers for my silver purchases. I have a local guy who is great, however only sells what he gets sold to him. Another local guy has a great selection but prices are high. Close to what APMEX is charging (maybe more).

Anyone have any recommendations? I search JM Bullion and BullionExchanges and the prices are not anything that I am blown away by.

Wedge Recommendations - Glock 43x

I just bought a Glock 43x and need a wedge recommendation.

I carry AIWB and it seems to print a bit and can be a bit uncomfortable. I have a decent holster too.

Had a 365 XMacro and had a wedge on it. Was insanely comfortable to carry and looking at doing that.

What do you recommend? Also looking at Tenicor Holster this summer for my birthday. They seem to have a built in wedge, but need something for the time being.

Trading Silver for Gold?

I have a solid amount of silver I had acquired over the last few months and am debating on trading some for gold. Nothing to get a full ounce, but maybe some fractional.

My LCS has several pieces of gold that are fractional that I have been interested in. Should I trade some silver for gold? He offers what seems like fair prices for gold ($500-$515 for 1/10oz of gold) and I believe he will give me some decent value for the silver as well.

Copper Down The Road?

I am curious what everyone thinks of it on the long term?

I have a solid amount of silver, and two 1/10 oz gold coins. Have two bars of copper at 10oz each (cheap to acquire)

How does everyone think copper will fair down the road?

Sold my Pokemon cards and Sports Cards today and used the money to buy some silver (and a 1/10 oz coin…but this is all about silver 😅).

Yes I bought when it was high…but it’s an addiction 😆

The first photo was yesterday and the second photo was today.

Really looking to add some more variety to my stack. Really seeking items that are liquid.

Should I get into more bars? I have a ton of coins and only like 12 or so bars.

Excited to be buying my first piece of gold. Will be a 1/10 oz piece. Wish I could do an ounce but 1/10 is all
i can afford.

Been reading on different coins as I am heavy into silver. Gold Maples are .9999 gold while American Eagles and Kruggerands are 22k gold.

Do they still have value like a Gold Maple does, or is the gold market much different than the silver market?
