My friend and I are planning to visit Siquajor for 4-5 nights in July and were interested to know the following based on personal experience:

1. Places to stay for a budget of less than 3500 Pesos/ night.

2. Diving classes - we both are non swimmers, so unsure if diving classes are required.

3. Cost of taking a rented scooter.

4. Best places for scuba and snorkeling on the island.

5. Are there guides for the water activities? How do we get in touch with them?

I know this might sound insane. My friend and I are planning to travel to Cebu and siquajor in July and are thrilled to try out scuba/ snorkeling and free diving. But, both of us have no basic swimming skills. My questions are :

1. While doing scuba or free diving, would there be a guide?

2. Do we get oxygen cylinders(small ones) to carry on when doing a free dive?

3. Is swimming knowledge required to try these?
