Imo Eva messed up by not at least going to the game with Isaiah. While I get her not going to the Dupree’s pre-game party I think she’s leaving a Kat-Isaiah hookup pretty likely.

Just curious: Has anyone besides me read any of the books mentioned in the series?Specifically since the series started & not required reading in high school. After seeing the episode Say Goodbye to Daisy Miller I decided to read Daisy Miller by Henry James. Wasn’t really my taste but I’m glad I read it.

Watching the 1978 Psychological Horror movie The Fury & who should I see but Melody Thomas Scott. The film was directed by Brian De Palma & starred Amy Irving.
I was re-watching the episode where Rory & Paris go on Spring Break & watch The Power of Myth in the room. Has anyone watched the series? I finally got curious & borrowed it from Hoopla. So far it’s a snooze to me but I’ll try to give it a chance.

Tricia Mann-Grant is such a good actress because every time she shows up I want to throw something at the TV. She was so out of line with Vernon at the club today…though he gave as good as he got. Her unwanted nicknames for people are irritating. Her “spilling the tea” to Carlton & Nicole was ridiculous & only capped by her insistence on calling Ted Teddy Bear. Her saving grace today was her conversation with Eva.

Re-watching the episode where Luke & Christopher fight. I never noticed We Wish You a Merry Christmas playing when they barrel into the Christmas tree before. 😄
This isn’t another “I hate Anna” post. My question is: Has Sherilyn Fenn ever done an interview expressing her thoughts on her Anna Nardini character? I Googled & couldn’t find anything.
Who else thinks Matt’s faking this new-found change of attitude? Part of me thinks he’s playing everyone-especially Phyllis. Either that or soon he’s going to “wake up” & become the old Matt. Personally I want him to revert if only to see Phyllis’s face when she realizes the wool’s been pulled over her eyes.
Leslie’s unprofessional behavior in Noah’s interview with Eva was ridiculous. Not sure what was worse…her sexually harassing him or overriding & disrespecting Eva. It’s clear she’s going to try to use him to come between Nicole & Kial. Her encounter with Nicole & Dani was the cherry on top.
Melody Thomas Scott knocked it out of the park today in that crazy episode. I teetered between thinking she was dreaming or really losing it. The end definitely had me tearing up. 🥹
Rewatched the S3 episode Swan Song. I thought it was interesting that birth control wasn’t really discussed after Rory told Lorelai she was thinking about “it” (sex with Jess). I know Lorelai said Rory was going on the pill after the dance fiasco with Dean, but as far as I can recall the subject wasn’t ever brought up until Rory was in college. I just thought it could’ve been a nice mother-daughter moment that wasn’t frivolous.
