Huron may not have the resources to turn everyone in his fleets into a dreadnought. But, for those deemed especially insubordinate during their service to the Lernaean Sons (still workshoping the warband name), partial servitorization is seen as a worthy alternative.
Hello cousins, Alpharius here.
Just wanted to share my attempt at infiltration. He's not done, but I feel like I'm onto something
Trying to make some less chaosy Warp Talons. This Night Lord joined up because there are just as few rules, and you don't have to worship chaos. Can you blame him? I mean, have you met a Night Lord that worships chaos? They're nuts
TL;DR: Has anyone used Turbo Dork Twin Sons paint for AL?
So, I've been wanting to do a different color scheme to kinda differentiate between my "chaos" guys and my "loyalist" guys. I tried doing the whole silver base with contrast over it, it looks good besides the occasional splotch where the paint sat for too long. I've seen a few people on here recommend the Hydra Turquoise TMM from Vallejo. But I'm curious if anyone has tried the Turbo Dork Twin Sons paint?
Building up a chaos force with the Maelstrom Battleforce box, I decided I wanted them to be a conglomeration of different chaos legions and fallen loyalists. I saw an art piece where the Word Bearer had a metallic grey armor with red trim and accents, so that's what this fella is half based on. I've still got some details to iron out like eyes, the base, and his pouches but he more or less looks how I want him to.
Why does the Raider Champion have a power sword and everyone else gets a chain sword when it's all just called a Reaver 's blade? Just because it looks cool, or am I reading the datasheet wrong?
