Location is Michigan, USA. We've had a lot of rain and a lot of heat recently. So far it's only visible on the glass, but it's above the AC vent of her vehicle.

She sent me this picture asking if she had mold on her glass. She (apparently) couldn't get a better picture, but the fact that it's right over her vent makes me think it's mold and it's living in her vents. She's been complaining of a sore throat and feeling sick within the last 2-3 weeks, and I think there's a correlation (Fyi: I'm not asking for medical advice, it's just a thought that I wanted to share here after seeing the picture)

Some of the spots look just like water spots, I'm specifically asking about the gunk on the left side of the image.

I was wondering what you all thought of this old girl. It ran pretty well over the winter but since it warmed up it's lost compression and doesn't sound happy while running. Any advice or potential diagnosis would be appreciated
