Dyed 4 hanks for the first time ever and found a lovely crochet pattern for it. Was originally going for deep reds and oranges akin to a sunset but it turned out more Totally Spies vibes. It all worked out and now I have an excuse to go buy a sundress to wear with it. 🤭
First knitted piece. Even if it is a hybrid. 😁 I had some rowing out here and there but most of the issues were worked out in blocking. Except now im swimming in it a little. Oops. Still very comfy. I used baby yarn for it and its soooooo soft.
I've found the dress I want. Just waiting for it to come in my correct size and do some alterations with tightening up the sleeves. I wanted to do some fingerless lace gloves from JJs warehouse to hide my..ahem, plump wrists. But I can't find any pictures online of other brides that do a trumpet/mermaid and have fingerless GLOVES and NOT SLEEVES.
Please! If any of you have pictures giving me a glimpse of what this kind of combo (or similar) would look like would you share? I'm at my wits end.
