Cheapest Roborock Vacuum with cleaning Docking Station

What would you consider the cheapest GOOD vacuum for a very small area?
I need only vacuum, my floor can not get wet, it is oiled hardwood that needs special oily soap. It is 100% all hardwood. I want a dock that charges the robot and empties the dust bin.
The total area the vacuum would need to cover is less than 20m2 (ca 200 sq feet), I am just too lazy to carry my Saros 10 upstairs :P

I do not need a perfect robot, if I wanted to, then I would get another Saros 10, which I really love and performed flawlessly so far.

Finding a cheaper model is so much harder then just buying the top of the line :/

Forming 7.5 Swiss Revolver brass

I am Swiss and would LOVE to shoot some Swiss 1882 Revolvers. They are still reasonably available here for a reasonable price and good condition.

But the damn ammo.

You can sonetimes buy a pack of original ammo of 7.5mm Swiss Revolver, they cost not even thst much (about 1.50$ a shot) but usually the brass is really not good anymore for reloading since they are filled with black powder and generally quite thin walled.

I found this picture above of someone using 7.65 Luger and forming it to 7.5. this would be ideal, since this is a still well available calibre here...and I would guess this could even work from 9mm Luger, since the base up to the neck is the same.

Unfortunately I can not find the article to that picture. I found links to it, but they are all 404 not found....

Does anyone of you know where I could possibly start here?

Replacing steel shot with slugs

I had an unholy idea and wanted to ask if you see any problem with that.

My clay shooting range decided that we can only use 24g steel shot. It used to be that 28g was also okay.

I still have a lot of 28g steel shot shells and I have a 12ga 7/8oz slug mold.

7/8oz is about 25g

My idea was to open up the now useless 28g steel shot shells and add the lead slug into the shot cup.

Physically it all fits.

But do you see any safety problems with that?

In my opinion it should be fine, since I have a slighly lighter projectile and the friction surface is the shotcup to the barrel anyway, so no change there.

Ofc I would use a cylinder bore choke for it.

Do you see any safetly problems here?

Pressure spikes or something?

Ideal bullet shape for .44mag Revolver and Lever Action

Dear BoolitCasters

I am trying to figure out, if it is possible to find a bullet shape/mold that I can use well in my S&W 629 6" Classic DX and my Marlin 1894.
if that is not reasonable, I have no problem buying two separate molds.

I will powdercoat the bullets, since getting access to harder alloy then 50:1 (98% Lead & 2% Tin) is a bit difficult for me here, but Lead, Tin and Powder I have good availability

I thought, maybe the LEE NLG 429-240-RF could be a good solution here. It does not have any lube grooves and is explicitly meant for powdercoating (see picture below)

Lee NLG 429-240-RF

LEE TL 430-240SWC

I also saw, that many people are powdercoating the LEE TL 430-240SWC. But heard that this shape can make problems in a 1894 Marlin...for some, and in others it is a perfect little bullet. As far as I understood this design might be the ideal one for my Revolver.

I would rather not spend too much money, so if I have to buy two different molds I would really like to stay with the Lee Dual Cavity ones. If there is an ideal shape that work well with both I would be willing to spend a bit more on one mold instead of two.

Since my Marlin preferes larger diameters (0.433) my idea was to open up the mould to 0.433 diameter (first paper spacer and then lapping when I am happy with the results) and then get two different sizing dies, one on .430 for the Revolver and one in 0.433 for the Marlin.

Is this a reasonable approach?
What would you do differently?

LEE MOLD 450-200-1R conical bullets for revolver LENGTH

Does anyone own the LEE MOLD 450-200-1R for conical revolver bullets?

I can not find the Overall Length of bullet this mold creates.
If anyone owns this mold, please measure it for me, thank you very much in advance!

After some back and forth, considering a 4" vs 6", full lug or not, I finally settled on the full lug 6".

Found this version with thumb rest wooden grips, fits my hands perfectly!

Now I just have to wait for the paperwork to go through, which usually takes 2 weeks here, and then I finally am a produ owner of a .44mag revolver 😬

But as usual, I am already looking for the next model...

What .22lr SA/DA revolver could your reccomend?

Usecase sport shooting, mostly static at 15 to 50m. It must have a double action trigger tough, not a big fan of SA only revolvers 😅
