Top test was at approx 19 dpo, bottom today at approx 21 dpo. Does anyone remember what their HCG was when they got a test like my bottom one? 21 dpo and hoping I’m over 3000 today. Will try and get a clear blue digital tonight, as I’d love to see the 3+ weeks 🥺
First pregnancy and incredibly anxious, taking it day by day. I haven’t done a home test since Tuesday which was a clear blue digital that said 2-3 weeks.
Tested this morning for fun and it looks like a dye stealer? Is that correct? I am approx 19DPO.
My HCG on Monday lunchtime via bloods was 250 (14dpo) and it was 640 by Wednesday lunchtime (16dpo). Is that good too?
Currently 4W1D with first baby. Already feeling quite anxious about these early weeks and wanting everything to be okay. My temp has been +0.5C, +0.4C and now +0.3C since my strong positive on Mother’s Day. Had a stronger positive yesterday, too.
My RHR and HRV is taking a hit with each day (reassuring) but I’m wondering how many of you took off your rings early on? I think I’ll spiral if I see a temp at or below cover line.

I just found out I’m pregnant today. 33F, first ever pregnancy.
My weekly workout schedule looks something like this currently: walking every day with my dog and then gym (HIIT) or run 5 x per week.
I was loving sprint training but took a break while trying to conceive as my HR would hit 190-195. Now I’ve just been doing runs between 6-12km when I run. I’ve previously done half marathons and enjoyed them but haven’t done one since January.
My HIIT sessions are a mix of cardio (rower, ski erg or stair master mixed with kettlebell and dumbbell exercises).
I occasionally do reformer classes when I’m lower on energy. A few years ago I was an avid yogi but don’t love any of the studios near me anymore.
Any of your best tips, thoughts and ideas all welcome. I’m very aware it’s going to depend on how this all unfolds and feels but love reading responses. Thank you in advance 🙏🏻
I’m 11 or 12dpo today and after an extremely rough night sleep (waking every 2 hours) I decided to pull the trigger and test…lo and behold a positive, good line 🥹 I also got a “pregnant 1-2 weeks” on the clear blue digital.
This is my first pregnancy so I’m wrapping my head around what is a good sign etc and trying not to spiral (or fall down any rabbit holes).
Aside from terrible sleep/insomnia and a high RHR the only symptoms I have right now are mild period cramps at 8 and 10dpo that never ramped up and then went away and some odd localised twinges above my pubic bone.
Usually during PMS my breasts grow and some cycles the nipples are sore or sensitive / the tissue itself is tender. Right now, NOTHING. Is that normal?
Looking for some encouragement and/or advice to keep my sane til I see my regular doctor on Thursday morning. I feel incredibly blessed to even see a positive but that also comes with now worrying it’s how it should be!

I just tested positive today! Oura thinks I ovulated CD15 which puts me at 11 days post ov. Fertility friend says I’m 12 days post ov.
Honestly my stats and sleep were all normal up until yesterday but I’d slept so bad I thought my RHR was up due to poor sleep. I slept bad last night too, and same thing this morning - high RHR. But no higher than my normal luteal.
Otherwise symptoms wise I’ve just been having period like mild cramps. Maybe 8 days past ov I felt some buzzing and tingling and kept telling myself I was reading into things too much but it was such a strange sensation. The biggest weird thing is my breasts feel totally normal. Usually they get heavy with my PMS but they feel normal and not sore. I felt sad yesterday about it 😂

Oh my god, I’m in shock. The line came up within about 10 seconds very faintly and then progressed to this in the 3 minutes. I had a feeling something was up when period type cramps came and went the last few days yet no spotting.
The only other symptoms I’ve had are: my sleep has been shocking the last 2-3 nights, my resting heart rate was also 10-20bpm higher on my walk this morning and I’ve had some vague nausea but that’s normal for me in luteal. I’ve also had twinges in my uterus the last few days that don’t feel like PMS cramps, they’re more localised but again, chalked that up to progesterone.
I actually thought it didn’t happen because my boobs have not been sore or swollen AT ALL. They almost feel like follicular phase boobs.
Does the line look good to you? I’m estimating I’m 11 or 12dpo…NERVOUS
Promised myself I wouldn’t test until my period is late (if it gets to that). But I’m struggling 😂🥲 god these two week waits suck, don’t they. I slept awfully last night so thinking that could be why my RHR is higher and temp is still up because I have no other exciting signs. Boobs feel completely, totally normal almost pre Ov. Anyone else towards the end of their TWW?

I’m in my second cycle TTC and only 7dpo today. Comparing my chart this month to last, the trend is currently almost exactly the same (post O) to me which is so fascinating! I’m curious, if you’ve conceived, was your chart the same as usual for you? Was there a distinct difference? Was the first week distinct from the second? Not trying to get my hopes up or down, just truly curious.

I’ve been using my oura for two years but only recently TTC. All three of my apps saying different things 😂 Oura says CD15, NC CD14 and fertility friend CD13. Please weigh in!
All saying different things re ovulation. I’m thinking cycle day 14, thoughts? It’s only my second cycle TTC but I’m trying to learn more about my own body ovulating so curious as to what people think.
Edited to add: have added my LH tests. I’ve never had a peak that strong before (CD14). The one on CD13 looked positive to me, similar to my tests in the past.
Second cycle TTC. I had EWCM from CD10-13. Bloating, ovulation pain and lower abdomen fullness CD 13-14. Positive LH CD13 and peak LH CD14. I was certain I ovulated very early CD15 and yet temp is lower today.
Usually my temp will head up after all of this but I’m still showing as below coverline. Anyone else experiencing this?
