Anybody ever get this notice from the city?

I’ve had my trash can out for years. Never had any issues. They were always lined up neatly on drive way. Someone reported us. And the funny thing is few house down, trash cans are left out side. I feel targeted. I don’t like it !

Why is my vcr acting up.

My JVC DVD VCR combo VCR would work great. recently started acting up .first bcr play movies with no sound than a few weeks later little bit of blurry and kept getting worse after that
