How did you first learn about Discworld?

For me it started when for no reason in particular, I decided to google my last name. You see the thing is that my last name just so happens to be Weatherwax. So naturally many results were of course of Granny Weatherwax. So a few weeks later I borrowed Wyrd Sisters from my library and have been obsessed ever since.

Creationist Textbook found in the wild

I was at a thrift store looking for books and found this. I couldn’t get a better picture unfortunately, but apparently it’s from a series called “exploring creation with zoology“ I think.

The Village generated on an island for me

I don't have much time to play each day so I just flew over the ocean with creative mode. I would rather enjoy my time than spend forever going back to my base and gathering materials for a boat, then comming back. "oh that's cheating!" no, it's just cutting down on time.

Flax should lose its petals at night like in real life

Night (left) and day (right)

So I’ve been growing flax for the last few months and have gotten to the point of blooming. What’s interesting about flax is that it doesn’t close up its flowers at night, but instead drops its petals with the flowers coming back the next day.

I know this is a small and visual thing, but it would make flax more realistic. However it might confuse players because a change in texture usually means a change in growth stage, so what do you think?

Is Timber Hearth inspired by the Pacific Northwest?

I grew up in Cascadia and every time i play Outer Wilds I feel reminded of there. I don't know if it was intended to give off that vibe but it certainly does for me.

The Manor

I've only ever really played survival, so I decided to try my hand at using creative mode. I made this thing in about an hour or two.

Old berry bushes

So, I'm doing a creative build and i would like to use the old berry bushes for a trimmed hedge. I know that the old berry bushes are still in the game as I have a survival world with them. Is there a command that gives me the legacy bushes?

EDIT: i figured it out, it's /giveblock bigberrybush-blackcurrant-empty for anyone wondering

Genuinely

If you've ever watched the Owl House then you know it takes place on the rotting corpse of a god or whatever.

Living on a rotting corpse is a pretty good way to describe the Elder Scrolls community. Because it smells and has many bugs.

this is genuinely the lowest pits of humanity before you just see crime. The only crime here is buying Skyrim for the eighth time.
