N4 7,94 inch vs 10,5 inch?

Planning on getting a N4 Double Eagle but I’m stuck on the barrel length.

I like the idea of the smaller being more practical but will if feel more like a toy? Any noticeable differences when it comes to size differences?

Stupid question regarding fire rate..

So first off, I'm interested in the AAP01 platform due to the customizable options, I was planning on making this my first HPA gun.

However as stupid as it sounds, at least based on the videos I've watched. The fire rate is insane when full auto compared to normal AEG's?

I don't want to be the guy that comes with a turbo weapon shooting a fire rate this high and be the odd man out lol.

Is it possible to tone the fire rate down by a bit?

What your opinion on the AAP01 gbb vs gbb rifle?

Reason I’m considering the AAP is due to being able to 3d print something cool with it.

However I really want nice recoil and I’m unsure if the AAP can measure up to a gbb rifle? Like it doesn’t have to be on the same level but maybe somewhat?

I would love to know if someone has any experience between the two and could give some input

Sparar 600sek i månaden.

Bara lite fyi.

Isn't it too easy to recover/repair tanks?

I don't know if I'm nitpicking? But every unit are able to repair a damaged tank on your side, and on top of that you can recover a lost tank from your side and also the enemies by just ordering a basic unit.

Feels like this is a missed opportunity to make others units more important or unique and frankly it feels OP.

I play Italy, what is the best way to buy lmg mg34 and lmg mg42?

According to our rules for Italy we can use lmg version of 34 and 42 including the Hitlers buzzsaw rule.

But I’m struggling a bit on how to find what bolt action product to buy in order to get the lmg version of 34 and 42?

Do you have any suggestion on how to approach this? I’m not even sure if the lmg version exists for these two.

Live in Germany.

I have the possibility to work in a senior IT management position for a family business. The company has approx 500 employees.

I have experience working for a family business before, but it was larger and it was fine. This one is smaller and I keep hearing that people absolutely do not recommend family owned businesses...

The job offers 30% salary increase based on my current one, travel to work is 5min (compared to my current 50min) and the position is basically the highest IT position which is a step-up from my current one.

My current job is... fine, not bad not good.

Should I leave to join this family business anyway despite what reddit says?

So I'm a Lead, working for a Manufacturing company in Germany. We have an official IT processes on how to manage Incidents, Problem and Change management.

However these processes are not really enforced as the Manufacturing manager is "demanding" that we at IT should present our Root Cause Analysis latest the day after an incident that has affected production due to IT issues.

So instead of our Application team having a couple of days to solve a Problem ticket according to process, I have to come over to them and ask "Hey, have we done our root cause analysis and implemented X so it doesn't happen again yet"?

This is a problem because I bother people just to get the RCA information as quick as possible before the Problem ticket is being resolved.

To me, our IT processes are based on principles that can take a couple of days, but the business needs demands no less than 1 day based on our manufacturing managers demands.

I struggle, because we are not working according to processes and therefore I have trouble serving business. My manager understands my frustration and he is in the same boat as me.

Would love if I could get some advice on how I should understand my situation, because I don't feel like I am performing well under these circumstances.

TL;DR with AI summary:
I’m an IT Lead in manufacturing where formal Incident and Problem processes exist but aren’t followed. The business demands RCA within a day, so I have to chase my team for quick answers. I feel stuck between following process and meeting urgent business expectations.
