Is using Golisopod as a one use Pivot capable of threatening Dark Types viable?

First Impression will be the main reason why I'm using him here.

I don't really know if it is though, as there are definitely better options to catch Dark Types (Fairy) but a priority move from something like Golisopod, who's attack stat is already strong, with STAB on top of everything, sounds like it'd be viable?

Not to mention, a losing matchup (that he can survive) means that he will leave the field and be usable again.

So, I want to start by saying that when it comes to Mass for the Dead— Murayama (the author) has helped with the World Building.

And this is important for one reason: Everything that happens (world building wise) is a WOG and thus is very much part of Overlord's world.

Now, to my main point: Overlord is no stranger when it comes to AUs, we have the Ainz only AU where he stepped out of the Great Tomb just before the shutdown happened and thus was transported to the New World alone.

(I can also use this particular scaling for the Dragon Emperor's Wild Magic being somewhat above time—do take note that Ainz transferred first then Nazarick followed TWO HUNDRED YEARS LATER.— But that's for another day.)

So with that being said, Mass for the Dead is simply an AU, and with that alternate universe comes the standard information that the main novels simply didn't get.

Again, I am stating that while we have never seen the Undead Lords in the first few volumes, Satoru was actively killing them in the Ainz only AU.

They have always existed, just never shown.

Same goes for everything that's happened in Mass for the Dead: The World Eater did, in fact eat universes.

But would this mean that World Items are Universal?

Absolutely not. The Nine Realms are incredibly small, which implies the leaf of Yggdrasil are often small.

However the Big 20 are. Thus making them universal.

What about Time Manipulation stuff that Ainz does in Mass for the Dead? Also canon. It's been shown time and time again that Ainz can dedicate his time into researching stuff in the New World (Rune Magic is one example, Experimenting with adventurers is another.)

So while, technically speaking, Mass for the Dead isn't canon story-wise, the World Building is.

Another thing to look at when discussing "non canon stuff that is still part of the story" is, surprisingly enough, Isekai Quartet.

In the movie, all three authors with an ongoing series such as Saga of Tanya the Evil, Re: Zero, and of course, Overlord revealed key details about their world that's never been shown.

Flugel for Re:Zero (yes, his first showing is in Isekai Quartet.) the Russian spy or whoever she was for Youjo Senki, as well as one of the Six Great Gods for Overlord.

In conclusion: Murayama isn't a stranger to expanding his world building using alternate universes and thus treating the World Building of Mass for the Dead the same way isn't wrong.

Round 1: Scion is Depressed, Rimuru has no Ciel

Round 2: Scion is no longer Depressed and possesses PtV, Rimuru has Ciel.

Round 3: Presence Scaling, who is stronger?

Scion Feats:

*Is so big that their cells (also known as Shards) ARE AS BIG AS MULTIPLE DIMENSIONS. And they have TRILLIONS of these.

We do not actually know what the Entities look like.

*Has a personal weapon (called the Stinger) that can destroy so many variations of a planet that the amount is ***larger than the number of atoms of the observable universe***

*They can block their own Stinger (Narwhal's barrier managed to block March's attack) so they can block attacks that can destroy multiple realities.

*Was so fast Momon needed to trap her in order to catch her (he needed to allow her to hit him so that he can capture him)

*Dodge Momon' Slices

*is said to be able to go toe to toe against Gazef Stronoff (I doubt this)

*Is unafraid of damaging herself to damage herself to win (she literally broke her nose just to headbutt Ainz to try and escape.)

And before you argue that Yuta blitzes Annie, he doesn't. Hell, he doesn't even one shot her.

Annie has Crystalization too, and also her miniature ability to explode as a mini-nuke.

Round 1: Pure Hand to Hand, no Cursed Energy or Titans or any of their usual stuff.

Round 2: Titan and with Cursed Energy

Round 3: Annie gets Crystalization from the Armored, the Mini-Nuke from the Colossal, and the Stamina of the Cart (all abilities she has shown by the way.)

Happens in an abandoned City, Annie has her gear and Yuta has his tools.

So, here's a match up I've been wanting to discuss and have been learning to mess with.

Setting: The entire OPM verse, including and not excluding Saitama. **Boros arrives Two Months after the Lich spawns and the plot goes on after that.**

The Lich vs One Punch Man.

Round 1: Prep Time, Hero Association and all the other factions doesn't know who or what the Lich is. No Saitama.

Round 2: No Prep Time, same as Round One. No Saitama.

Round 3: Prep Time, same as round 1 and 2. With Saitama.

Round 4: Prep Time, with Enchiridion, same as Round 1 and 2. With Saitama and God.

So, here are some of the Lich's capabilities:

*Outscales Finn and Jake (Finn can pull down an entire cosmic island with his strength, has casually survived town level explosions, and can resist caustic waters like it's nothing. Jake can expand to fill up SEVERAL CONTINENTS. Seeing as he filled a gap into the earth's crust after death.)

*Has taken over the Embodiment of Death (or at least his son with Life.)

*Has wiped out several civilizations in the past

*Has resistances against reality warping (Prismo cannot affect him, seeing as a wish to "remove the Lich" creates a new reality where the bomb does not explode, merely preventing him waking up.)

*Is a Catalyst Comet, meaning that he is a fundamental force of the universe. Or at least an embodiment of one.

*Is smart enough to recreate the "goop" that turned the land of Ooo into a cosmic wasteland.

*Scales and is presumably stronger than all the other Primordials (Oorgalorg, Abaadeer, etc.)

*Can kill cosmic beings (Prismo was killed by him, albeit in a roundabout way. Still counts though.)

The Matchup happens in:

A massive Elven Forest, complete with trees for navigation and plenty of places to hide in. No other creature exists besides them.

Round 1: Hand to Hand, no gear, no abilities. Jogoat is already at his peak form.

Round 2: Both have gear, can use magic, and are affected by their classes/cursed physiology.
