Beat the Invader Glavenus in village 3-star

I swapped back to bow after realizing my LS gameplay is just atrocious. The hermitaur bow was a real lifesaver, even with sub optimal spread bow gameplay I did much better than with a heavy bow going from not even getting him limping to killing him in around 30 minutes.I know this Glavenus is completely optional and doesn't reward anything special despite having double the HP but my pride would not allow me to let him live.

How to valor LS?

So I tried looking up a guide for valor LS but mostly just found guides on hitting the guard point when I need help playing the actual weapon. I constantly whiff attacks or hit bad hitzones which leaves me with little gauge to do anything, also even if I hit the guard point I can't do anything off of it cause I again don't have enough gauge or am not in a good position. So I just need advice on consistently landing hits and also how I should position myself to retaliate off a guard point.

Close calls

Man I must have been shooting bad hitzones cause I expected this guy to be easy but it took me all my potions and 20+ minutes to get him down.I also swapped to valor cause I realized charging the gauge is not that hard and I barely use hunter arts anyways(probs should learn to use them more).

Just started GU, how many power coatings am I expected to use per hunt?

So after an hour of doing gathering quests because I didn't look up what the key quests were I finally fought the Great Maccao and it took me exactly 50 power coatings. I started GU because I saw a post here of a guy styling on Valstrax with striker bow so I decided to run it as well. The only experience I have with old gen mon was 4U and that was like a decade ago and was mostly a CB main and in new gen I mostly just stuck to the infinite close range coatings so I don't have a clue about coating management. Is it normal to use up all my coatings on the first monster or could it be a mix of shooting bad hitzones, missed shots or the lack of power shots with striker style.Power coatings kinda cost a lot early game so I wanna know if am using em right.

How to not get nervous?

Not sure if this is the right subreddit for this post but basically every time am about to get a multi kill or generally when in a high pressure scenario I get nervous and my aim starts to get really shaky, this happens in any game I play(for example if I'm in a clutch in Valorant). Gyro aim especially requires steady hands as any amount of shake is very much felt. Anyways I'd appreciate any advice on how to better control my nerves and stay calm.

Gyro as an alternative to aim assist for rollers on pc

Gyro aka motion controls is a way for controller players to aim with mouse like precision without relying on aim assist. Now I know my clips are fairly mid, there are after all much better gyro aimers than me out there. Aim assist is meant to compensate for thumbsticks just being overall not that good for aiming on their own compared to a mouse, AA however is considered by many to be too strong. Because of this gyro doesn't necessarily have to achieve aim assist-like aim to be good but rather just be able to mimic an mnk player's aim. I also understand that since microslop refuses to add gyro to its controllers, gyro support for console will probably not happen anytime soon however PC doesn't have this issue as most controllers nowadays even the cheapest ones have gyro. I would like to hear your thoughts from controller and mnk players alike on having a bigger push for gyro controls and less reliance on aim assist.

Individual hands contribution in aiming

So I've been playing with gyro for a bit now and was wondering how important of a role does each hand play in aiming. Obviously both hands are needed but how much work does each hand do exactly, is it split evenly 50/50 between both hands, does one hand do most of the aiming and the other just mostly holds the controller, this probably defers from person to person so I'd like to hear your thoughts on this. For me I feel like my right hand does more since am right handed but I would like to find a way to put more emphasis on my left hand and have it contribute more in aiming.
