I am new to Seedboxes so bear with question

I am looking for a Seedbox that provides access to a web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or any other browser that allows me to browse websites directly from the Seedbox .

My main use case is downloading movies through torrent websites using a torrent client such as qBittorrent on the seedbox. Once the downloads are complete, I want to transfer the files from the seedbox to my personal computer, preferably using the same torrent client or another suitable method.

I am not looking for media-server features such as Plex or Jellyfin also less than 500 GB of storage is sufficient and what is the cheapest seedbox that meets these requirements.

I uploaded my rental document (50rs stamp paper) as proof and My name is as per Aadhar in rental document and in Aadhaar portal I have given exact address word to word as in rental document yet it rejected with below reason in less than 5 minutes of uploading . ( I tried with Broadband bill same issue )

Reason : Your Aadhaar Update request has been rejected due to: Invalid Proof of Address document, Mismatch of details in Enrolment/update form and Proof of Address document. Kindly update again – UIDAI.

I have 65 Inch Sony TV can someone suggest a stebalizer for TV , I could see multiple models in VGard, can't decide what is best.
