I heard that udupi doesn't have any rapido autos n bikes , as i couldn't afford the rental scooty what are some alternative options that could go in budget and explore beaches and tourist places in Udupi?

I'm planning to visit udupi this week 16-20 june , so I'm seeing reels on closure of beaches in Udupi , I'm coming udupi jus to enjoy beaches with less crowd !!

So when would they open back again? Is there any beaches where I can sit and enjoy the waves ?
