After a year of dealing with recurrent infections, I have been clear of everything for almost a month (praise Jesus or whoever) but I now am experiencing severe fear of smelling bad and think I smell all the time when I clearly dont. I assume everything I smell is me to the point where I'll have a panic attack and have to go home. I have become ocd about hygiene: i bathe twice a day and i only wear clothes that were just washed. I have a specific way i have to do my laundry or I think my clothes smell sour. I wear a pad every day jic. But I always end up realizing whatever I thought I smelled was actually something else. I expect everywhere outside my house to smell sterile and when I smell anything other than nothing I assume its me like food, trash, other people's BO, etc. This has also translated over to being paranoid about sweating too much and I also always think I reek of BO. I use perspirex at night and secret clinical every morning and rarley ever actually sweat. Or when im on my period ill think i smell icky period blood, then i go check in the bathroom and theres not even blood. When I calm down I realize I clearly smell fine, but its so consuming. I always look too much into people's body language and think they think I smell. Like if someone sniffs or touches their nose I panic. If someone looks towards me or away from me when I walk by, etc. Even thinking I hear people talking about me after I walk away. It's horrible. I think I have just forgotten what normal is and it will probably get better if I give it some time. Can anyone relate? Is this common? Advice pls I would love to have my bad bitch confidence back this last year has destroyed me!
I'm on my 5th day of monistat and diflucan and just tested my ph. It came back at 5.5 when its normally 4.5. My symptoms have improved and there's no strong fishy odor though. There's very little odor at all. Is this just from the medication?
Does anyone ever get a very strong musty cheese odor after using probiotic suppositories?? I could smell it through my pants like I just want to smell like nothing. What probiotics work best with no weird smell?
Has anyone successfully restored a depleted microbiome? Right now, I have 13% good bacteria and no bad and thats after 4 months of oral and vaginal probiotics. No bad bacteria is great, but i am experiencing very watery discharge due to the overall lack. I am currently taking rephresh oral probiotics and using boric acid and vaginal probiotic suppositories. This was caused by several back to back BV treatments. Can anyone please let me know what your symptoms were and how you recovered?

Discharge smells very strongly of cheese. Also sometimes see brown flecks when wiping like dead skin. From anyone's experience, does this seem more likely to be yeast (possibly a resistant strain) or CV? I do use vagibiom and rephresh probiotics and have treated BV several times with clinda cream, so I am concerned about possible misdiagnosis, but my ph is always around 4.5. There is no itching but the discharge does burn slightly sometimes. If anyone could please let me know what your symptoms were with either I would really appreciate it.

Nonstop watery discharge with extremely strong cheesy odor sometimes also onions. Worst before period. Little brown flakes when I wipe. Ph is always around 4.5.

Have had stubborn bv for several months and new (better) doctor just prescribed metro vaginal and oral together. In the past i have either been given just metro oral or clindamyacin cream. He said that was odd since vaginal metro is generally more effective. Is this true?
Has anyone heard anything about when the ULL hiring freeze might be lifted? Feeling like it could be this summer.
