Could someone help me with a mono blue storm finisher.

Could someone help me with a mono blue storm finisher.

I am working on a [[high tide]] combo deck with [[lier disciple of the drowned]] as the commander. I have gotten it to a point where i can fairly consistently storm off on turn 4 but I have noticed that I don't really have any clean ways of winning the game. Right now my win condition is primarily [[thassa's oracle]] by manually drawing/milling myself which is a bit awkward considering all the self mill and lack of creature recursion in blue. The other option is milling out my opponents with [[brainfreeze]] by manually storming to 80+ which is definitely possible but very tedious.

Are there any cleaner options that are not as convoluted? I'm especially wondering if there are any instant/sorcery combos that I could flash back from the graveyard.

Here is my decklist

Any stories with social manipulation?

I have recently caught up on Rend (big reccomend if you like evil mcs) and is in the mood for more of the same. I'm looking for stories with political plays, scams, secret identities, machinations and lies. The main character doesn't have to be evil but should probably be atleast somewhat tricky. Big plus if the interpersonal dynamics are written in a realistic way.

What are some neat cards with a lot of functional reprints?

One of the best ways to increase consistency in commander is to include multiple cards that are essentially clones of each other. Having 10+ copies of almost the same effect can lead to some really elegant deckbuilding. I think the most common examples of this is 1 cmc manadorks and 2 cmc manarocks but there are many other effects that are seen less often. Some other examples include 4 cmc [[clone]] effects and 2 cmc artifacts that draw a card on etb like [[alchemist vial]]. There are also a lot of 2 cmc that mulch for a land like [[satyr wayfinder]].

Are there any other cards that have a lot of "reprints" that would be cool for a commander deck?

Utility mods for latest version?

I used to have some utility mods installed but when the new update came I got a warning that uncompatible mods could cause issues so I deleted most of them. Now I am looking to replace them. Do you have any good utility mods that work with the latest version?

Any stories where technology doesn't suck compared to magic?

I feel like in most stories where magic meets technology, technology gets totally shat on for no particular reason. In all earth integration stories I have read all technology either gets wiped out by some random magic bullshit or most technology proves vastly inferior to magic. I feel like a modern military should be able to hold its own against a fantasy incursion. Assault rifles are terrifying compared to most low level spells and can easily be mass produced. We even have nukes as a last resort. Are there any stories where a military squad doesn't instantly fold to low level monsters?
