What piece of evidence would actually change your mind about the Nolan Wells case?

I’ve been organizing the public timeline, witness accounts, phone questions, boat movements, and disputed claims around the case. There’s a ton of discussion, but I’m curious what everyone thinks would actually move this case forward.

What single piece of evidence would matter most to you full phone forensics, complete autopsy/toxicology, GPS from every boat, authenticated Sea Tow audio, surveillance footage, or something else?

What does a youth hockey team manager actually do?

For anyone who’s been a team manager, what ends up falling on you during the season? I always assumed coaches handled most things, but it sounds like managers do a lot more behind the scenes than I realized.

What takes up the most time behind the scenes?

For anyone who helps run a Little League, what takes up the most time behind the scenes during the season?

Not necessarily coaching itself, but all the stuff that has to happen to keep the league running.

Are their any principals here who oversee school athletics?

For any principals or assistant principals who also oversee athletics, what part of managing school sports takes up more time than people realize?

Curious what tends to be the biggest headache behind the scenes.

How do you currently organize all of your coaching resources? Videos, articles, drills, plays, clinic notes, PDFs, etc. Has that system held up over the years?

I'm curious because everyone I've talked to seems to have a different system. Some use YouTube playlists, some bookmark everything, some use Notes or Google Drive, and some just hope they remember where they saw it.

What's your system and has it actually held up over time?

When you come across something you know you'll want to use again, a YouTube video, coaching clinic, article, play, drill, motivational speech, or anything else where do you save it so you can find it later?

Do your parents actually see your team messages?

I feel like every coach has a different experience with this. Some say parents never check the team app and others say notifications get ignored and some end up texting everyone anyway. What's it been like for your team?
