Filament stuck in extruder

Filament stuck in extruder

I have some pla filament stuck in the extruder and when I use the unload feature to heat up the nozzle, I cant even pull it out with needle nose pliers.i have even raised the temperature to 300C, still nothing. Do I have to further continue disassembling it? Is it stuck on a gear?
