Does anyone have something like this set up? Our company offers 5 days paid bereavement, anything else is unpaid. How do you have it set up if employees want to take more than 5 days bereavement? Do you have another time off plan called like unpaid bereavement for employees to use?

How do you guys send the credentials to your new hires when using authenticator?
IT is requesting that we utilize Workday to send out new hire credentials prior to the person starting.
The PW would be the same for all users and additionally pdfs would need to be attached.
Any ideas or recommendations?
I need to pull a report that shows an employees hire date and also their contingent worker end date. (These employees were conversions)
None of the calc fields im using are pulling the contract end date from the employees profile. Any ideas?

Just as the title says, my senior manager HRIS is leaving the company and we were a 2 person team. Im an HRIS analyst with a little over 2 years HRIS experience, 5 years working in Workday.
My manager was pretty much a consultant who knew every area and aspect of HCM Workday, and I only know certain areas.
Any suggestions on what I should do? Haven't talked to the CHRO yet about what their plans are for my team. A little nervous that more is going to be expected of me in areas Im not familiar with. (Comp, Benefits, Time, Learning)
Only people that will be left to know Workday will be me and the Finance product manager until the CHRO finds a replacement.
