I contacted my local office after a long delay for any updates and they told me that the parcel will likely be sent back in the upcoming days as the sender supplied incorrect TARIC codes according to them and so a valid import declaration couldn't be made.

I am wondering would I be eligible to recieve a refund for either the items or the shipping as this issue would be sender's fault I assume?
