Demon Kaigaku (+100 years training) + Zenitsu vs Kokushibo

I'm wondering if people just don't like Kaigaku so they downplay his potential. I'm thinking since he retained his memories Kaigaku alone would place around > Doma but below Kokushibo level since he has Demon Slayer techniques. He would probably keep chowing down to get stronger than Doma.

Yoshiro also said Zenitsu would get instant killed if Kaigaku had one year of training as a demon. That tells me Kaigaku would have been incredibly powerful.

Mastering first form seems unnecessary since he has way more advanced techniques. I don't hold that against him. It's kinda like why ride a tricycle if you already have a motorcycle?

I'm thinking the thunder boys have a shot at Kokushibo in a 1v2 because their fighting styles are to go for the kill quick before Koku can pull out his longsword. Kaigaku with a lot of demon experience could probably be competitive initially while Zenitsu goes for the blitz + decap.

Alternatively, if Koku still stomps who would have to be added to the team to seal the deal?

CapitalOne seems pretty good so far. Any issues with forcing mobile apps on customers?

The Discover to CapitalOne transition was pretty darn good. There were plenty of notifications and emails ahead of time of the switch. I've seen so much lack of communication in other fields.

I'll admit at first I was thinking of cancelling because I'm tired of having so many credit cards. I thought it'd be complicated and annoying. I was also a little nervous when it told me "Oops! Something went wrong!" when I initially tried to log-in after inputting my personal info. Then it linked me to the website, was able to convert my account and it's pretty functional and sleek.

If I do cancel a credit card it's definitely going to be one of the other Big Boys. They recently thought it was funny to lock me out of the website (after being with them for 15 years and never having a late fee). Only way I could get back in to make a payment was to download the Mobile App and change security settings in there to then access the website again. Had to google quite a bit to figure out what the problem was (that communication thing again...). It's like they were deliberately trying to get a late fee out of me by not lettign me log in. Should I just cancel this card in case they try to pull more stunts? I don't use it as much as I used to.

I didn't want to post that question on their subreddit because they just defend it as a security feature. They say they are too advanced to just let people simply use the website. How is it more secure to force me to download/use their phone app to have basic website functionality though? Inputting my info on different devices for no reason just adds unnecessary complication.

CapitalOne doesn't require a mobile app be used instead, correct?

Are a lot of people buying the Benchmade Bugout Vapyr for full price (375 dollars)?

All the big dealers are stocking this Benchmade Bugout Vapyr w/ aluminum handles and some are sending promotional emails to hype this knife about how this is the ultimate EDC and built for "decades of hard use". I saw the price and my goal is not to trash Benchmade but it looks kinda funny seeing it almost as expensive as a knife from Chris Reeve (CRK).

They are promoting the thinness of the blade and aluminum handles as making it more desireable. People who bought it already seem to be making some posts about how they snagged one and even like it. They are saying the lower HRC Magnacut (60-62) is great because the blade is so thin (0.08 inches or so). Also seen some buyer's remorse/negative comments from purchasers about uneven grinds and uncentered blades too. Regarding the handles, sometimes even 0.4 inch thick handles seem a bit thin to me but can be good if the handle is taller. This Vapyr has a handle thickness of 0.28 inches.

It seems fair to directly compare this to a CRK. There's also Hinderer or a small Spartan Harsey Folder. The price is very close to those knives now (it is only about 10-30% less). There is an argument for this being much thinner and lighter than those knives so they aren't exactly the same thing. I'm 100% certain a CRK or Hinderer or a small SHF is much more durable after handling a couple other Benchmade (got em on sale) vs those. I just bring that up because for some reason Bugouts are marketed for hard use which is very strange to me. I have no problem with aluminum handles but it objectively isn't as premium as full Titanium (CRK/SHF) or G10 + titanium liner + Ti lockside (Hinderer).

For other small knives that are really good noticing one of these Benchmade Bugouts is more than Protech's regular offerings (also tend to be aluminum/lightweight/thinner blades). Two of these would cost as much as an Oz Rosie or more than a second hand lightly used/like new MachineWise Sonora. I'm sure there's better comparisons/alternatives especially when including imported knives.

Anyone think this is worth the 375 or close to that? If not, what is a reasonable price for it?

Bladebinge needs a BLOCK feature badly - too much overpriced stuff

Anyone else use Bladebinge and tired of seeing ridiculously overpriced stuff? It would be so easy for Bladebinge to let us block seeing listings from certain sellers. One of their staff was on here and said they were thinking about an upvote/downvote feature to help others not buy overpriced stuff but that was many months ago.

Not to mention it is full of the Ebay type sellers who snipe/resell the latest drops and list them for 50-100% markup. Just let us block these people already. I'll never buy any of their stuff even so you will not lose sales. If anything, it could cause me to make more purchases as it helps me filter out nonsense that makes me want to close the site.

Examples provided below from a quick scrolling. We got a dude who has been trying to sell a 400ish dollar Chinese production knife for 2200-2600 for months claiming it is going to go up in value. Shocking that he is now listing for 1100 but it is still an eyesore. Then another silly person claiming his Spyderco in a mid steel and a bit of brown coating is the rarest of all time and trying to get Roosevelt prices for it.
