Which comes first: trans love or trans hate?
It is a common conservative narrative to hate on trans people. The liberals have become fervent supporters of transgender rights.
Which side started first?
Edit: not a trans person here. I’m just curious.

I’m currently interviewing for a chief position. But the salary is vastly below the market for full-time locum salary. Somehow I just cannot get over this fact.
Still negotiating, but it’s hard to justify the extra work.
Just to add, I’m in Maryland. The market is still very much in favor of the staff. We have locum full-time employees. They are excellent. But they sometimes make double the salary of W2 staff.
Edit: thanks everyone. It sounds like I should go for locum job. Thanks to the Reddit hivemind for changing my career trajectory.
Edit 2: We might have convinced some people to become locums. Sorry to the chiefs.
Edit 3: Locum rate for anesthesiologist in Maryland is 350-450 dollars a hour. Not sure about the CRNAs.
We just started using remimazolam in endo and TEE. But boy, it is not what I expected. Our patients are often bigger (BMI > 50). After a 5 mg initial bolus, they are still wide awake after 5 minutes. Then during the probe insertion, they cough and try to pull out the probe. I end up just giving propofol. How do you guys dose it?
Edit: I Guess Remimazolam is not the magic bullet that the pharm rep made it out to be.
Multiple shootings. One dead.
Possible road rage. Murderer is on loose.
Anything else I am missing?
Edit: This is not an insult to your manhood. I am just bored and curious.
Edit: This is supposed to be a fun post. I just started making a lot of money (finishing a long training). Maybe a little immaturity, but I do care about materialistic things, for now.
I just had a new baby. With birth rate dropping drastically, are colleges going to be a less competitive in the future?
