Making claims against copyright infringements can be a disorienting and time-consuming process, and we want to try our best to help. We’re happy to share that the MakerWorld Copyright Support Program is now available to creators!

How does the Copyright Support program work?

When your MakerWorld Exclusive Model is infringed, file an application with the Copyright Support program to provide necessary documents and authorizations. A professional copyright agency, partnered with MakerWorld, will assist you in filing an copyright complaint with the platform hosting the infringed model

Do I need to pay for this service?

Unless otherwise stated, all costs incurred in this process is covered by MakerWorld

Who and what are eligible?

Currently, MakerWorld creators with 300+ followers are eligible for the Copyright Support program. We hope to gradually make this service available to more creators in the future.

In addition, the model submitted for this service must meet the following requirements

• It must be a MakerWorld Exclusive model
• The creator must confirm that it's their original design
• It must not involve any third-party IP

How to apply?

From your profile image on the MakerWorld homepage, [Creator Center] > [Copyright Service] > [Copyright Support] > [Apply Now]

What do I need to submit?

- Basic creator information, including name, phone number, ID cards, etc.

- Proof of creation, such as design drafts, sketches, records of the creation process, etc.

- Proof of publication and the publisher's identity

Sounds like a lot. How can I better prepare for this?

Keep copyright protection in mind when you are creating! We recommend taking these actions along the way:

• Document the creation process to the best you can
• Publish your work in a timely manner
• Complete copyright registration is always recommended

A Few Things to Know

The Formula: Just Five Ingredients

- The base is polylactic acid (PLA) derived from corn and sugarcane.

- The acrylic copolymer is a material commonly found in children's toys.

- The color pigments are also used in baby tableware.

- EBS (ethylene bis-stearamide) is familiar from food packaging films.

- Talc is used in products such as biodegradable drinking straws, and the talc used here has been independently tested by a third party and verified to be asbestos-free.

Every one of these ingredients comes from the EU 10/2011 positive list and can be traced down to its specific FCM substance number.

Cleaner air at your desk

PLA Pure carries UL 2904 GREENGUARD certification, the recognized standard for measuring particulate matter and VOCs from 3D printer emissions and their impact on indoor air quality. Bambu PLA Basic holds the same certification, so both filaments have been independently verified to the same rigorous benchmark.

Where PLA Pure stands apart is in the numbers. In a four-hour continuous printing test conducted by an accredited laboratory, it produced lower PM2.5 and PM10 emissions than a comparable filament from another manufacturer under identical conditions.

Safety is one thing. Reliability is another.

To keep the PLA Pure formula to just five food contact-safe ingredients, we rebuilt it from scratch, iterating dozens of times until the chemistry alone delivered what additives usually do.

The result:

• Less stringing, even without prior drying
• Cleaner surfaces and less post-processing
• Strength intact, matching PLA Basic in mechanical performance, with layer adhesion comparable to most PLA on the market

All printing parameters are stored in the RFID tag and read automatically by the AMS. Load the spool, let it sync, and start printing.

Safe Enough to Play With

PLA Pure has also passed EN 71-3 certification, the European standard governing the migration of harmful elements (such as lead, cadmium, and chromium) from toy materials. That makes it suitable for models meant to be handled and played with, like a toy plate, a small car, or a cat toy.

A quick note: as with any 3D-printed item, a little care goes a long way. Small parts may pose a choking hazard, edges can be sharp, and the material is combustible. We recommend choosing models appropriately and keeping an eye on little ones during play.

A final note: these certifications cover the filament and its ingredients, not any specific printed object.

Whether a finished print suits a particular use comes down to factors like nozzle cleanliness, printing conditions, and how it's used. Keep in mind that FFF prints aren't suitable for liquid foods due to their layered structure, and PLA shouldn't be exposed to temperatures above 60°C.

How to Join the Beta
To access the beta firmware, simply join the Beta Firmware Program via the Bambu Handy app under Me → Beta Firmware Program.

Once enrolled, the update will be pushed to your device gradually.

How to Switch Back
You can leave the Beta Program at any time by disabling the option in the app and installing the latest official firmware version.

The filament track switch is specially designed for dual-nozzle printers, equipped with 2 filament inlets and 2 filament outlets, and supports seamless mapping between AMS and dual nozzles. For more details, please refer to the wiki

10. Added a “Stopping” state after a stop command is initiated

During this state, the printer blocks user input until the stop process is complete, preventing control command sequence conflicts caused by additional inputs during the stopping procedure

11. Added a filtering option with cooling mode for the adaptive air circulation system

This option can be enabled via the slicer or the printer UI, and it’s mainly used to filter the air when exhausting the air for low-temperature filaments. Requires Bambu Studio version 2.5.3 or above.

Feature Optimizations

1. Improved the accuracy of build plate offset detection.
2. Optimized collision detection for the purge bin.
3. Improved motor noise-related surface defects at low speeds.

This optimization requires recalibrating motor noise reduction after upgrading to take effect.

Important: If rolling back from this version to version 01.01.05.00 or earlier, motor noise reduction calibration must be performed again to ensure proper operation.

1. Improved the issue where the flow blocker could potentially bend following a nozzle flow calibration.

Known Issues:

• Filament PTFE tube detachment detection is temporarily disabled.
