Wondering how common it is to request/be granted a 1:1 flex day every time I'm expected to fly on a Sunday.

Took a gamble on these and boy they are a miss. Dry and crumbly and downright unpleasant. Don’t waste your money!

Anyone else have a data point on this? I have a “spend $500, get $100 back” promo on qualified Marriott properties. CitizenM is not listed as an exclusion, but I’m getting told that it isn’t considered a Marriott property. How is that possible? Should I request a reconsideration? I prepaid the amount in order to redeem the deal, so now I’m feeling unsure on how to ever trust the fine print in the future.
