For all the lawyers on here what is a lucrative niche practice area.

Looking to help a relative start a business and was wondering what business models work well and are very profitable, thank you for your time and post.

I invest in ETFs and am always mindful that there could come a day when everything crashes globally (which I hope not). I was just curious what others would do if your investments went to zero.

I was wondering how the top 1% got to where they are at. We're they in business, a professional such as a laywer or engineer, innovator, or did they just inherit their wealth.

Is there any business or opportunities out there where the owner does not have to put much effort and it makes the owner wealthy.
