Oil painting fell partly detached from stretcher / lost tension

Hello - I have an oil painting from 1958 which was dropped and has detached party from its stretcher and has lost tension. I am sure this is not a valuable piece of art. Can anybody guide me on what I could do to repair? What would a conservator charge to re stabilize on the stretcher?

Coeliac safe afternoon tea: Claridge's / The Goring / Rubens at the Palace

My daughter and I are traveling to London in August - she has coeliac disease and would like to have afternoon tea while visiting. Does not want themed ones. Has anybody safely eaten at clardige's? We are looking at Claridge's, the Goring and Rubens at the palace. Rubens states in their website their GF tea is suitable for coeliacs. Claridges has emailed saying that while they have a shared kitchen their chefs are very used to and cater to coeliac customers regularly. Thank you!

Best area for coeliac food in central London?

Taking my daughter to London next month. She has coeliac and we are wondering what area would be best for safe eats? We were looking at Bloomsbury and Kensington. Would like a M&S close by also. Thank you!

How much in utilities for a 1-2 bedroom house ?

Moving to the area soon and trying to have an idea of costs for utilities for an older 1-2 bedroom house. Considering a small apartment to start which obviously should be cheaper in that regard.
I know this will vary by house but if you can give me an idea on utilities summer / winter and renters insurance I would appreciate it so much!

Sunscape / the Retreat Apartments

Looking at these two communities. Anybody that lives or has lived in them that can comment? Any others I should consider? Prefer to stick with newer complexes in that general area.

ADHD paralysis and double questioning myself lead to me sitting on the wrong side of the arena for my sons graduation

Feel so sad and so frustrated - I also feel like I couldn’t quite be fully present there. There is a recording but I wish I could have seen his face not his back as he was walking. Now the constant rumination is doing me in. Feel like I ruined the day. Nobody cares as much as me of course. Also forgot to take a picture of our family - had to literally crop grandparents out to have one. Just disappointed in myself in what was such an important milestone. My husband was on the right side and I should have told him to stay there but he thought mine were closer and better - they were close but def not better. Anyway I just needed to vent. Tips to get over appreciated.
