What Warhammer faction would Count Binface be a part of?

Originally I wanted to post this on the Warhammer subreddit but they argued that Binface is too political to put on their apolitical subreddit, so I'm bringing it here as I imagine there's quite a bit of overlap.

One of the things that struck me about Count Binface is how much his humour reminds me of the early GW humour, and I was wondering what faction, and even what subfaction he'd be a part of.

[TOMT] Looking for a french music video about a sad man eating chicken

When I was in secondary school, my French teacher showed my class a very sombre and dark comedy song about a man contemplating the life of a chicken he was eating. It was called something like "Poulet-[bunch of numbers]". It was animated, primarily black and white, red might've still been there, I can't remember. I've been looking for it for years but only just now remembered I could ask Reddit.

Do you have any favourite NPC nations?

I love doing HRE runs, not to become the emperor: I just really like playing in the North Germany/Low Countries region, and every run I do, regardless of who I am I always ally with Bohemia because I love doing stuff with them, and I was wondering if anyone else had any particular favourite NPC nations.

I also like allying with the creek in NA and Kilwa on the Swahili coast, they're always really fun (when Britain or Spain aren't invading them).

Can't move capital as landless nomad

891, black death has come early, I'm playing as an Oghuz Turk in the Oghuz region and I was thrashed by the unhappiness rebellion (black death). I am now landless, with plenty of herder realms and I can't migrate into them. I also can't move my yurt, I'm stuck in an empty barony in one of my old counties and it's pissing me off.

My colonial nations keep abruptly ending wars

So Denmark just made New Denmark and I sent my colonial nation, New Hanover after it to destroy it, and after completely wrecking the colony's army and beginning to siege down a province, New Hanover just ended the war without taking land. This has happened a few times in several other games I've played and I usually chalked it up to being enemy army too big, economic reasons, but New Hanover has a claim and their money situation is fine. I don't get it.
