Married INTPs, what is your spouse’s type?
If you’re divorced, feel free to chime in too.

For an INTP like me Si is like preserving effort Ne does so I don’t have to re-run the same ideas. It feels like it requires discipline
Using it or not using it is pre whether or not I want to go through the added effort.
What’s Ti/Fe like for you?
What’s a fictional character that you think that has mastery over their child and/or inferior function functions?
I’ll start with 2.
Mike Ross - INFP - Suits
The photographic memory thing they establish in the premise is basically is a child Si Cheat Code. His use of Ne/Si is as close to ideal as I’ve seen.
Still some inferior Te issues in executing, but Si knowledge tremendously carries the character.
Tony Stark - ENTP - Avengers End Game
His choices in endgame could be reasonably argued as Fe child weakness, but given the growth of the character, I think it’s fair to call it mastery. Si is shown subtly in how the suits are improved each subsequent entry to address a fatal flaw from a previous one. Fe/Si loyalty to his friends is what drives his action. The closure with his father is a cherry on top.
I’m trying to understand the relationship between Te and Se. More specially how types like XSTJs and ENFPs interact with Te compared to XNTJs and ESFPs or Ti/Se in XSTP.
To me, Se drives action (of any kind) in the immediate moment while Te in theory does the same thing, but towards a defined goal.
When I think about Te, it’s more about the use of external data to drive action towards a goal aligned with external input (Ex. To get a passport you follow the instructions on your government’s website.)
To me, Se drives action (of any kind) in the immediate moment while Te in theory does the same thing, but towards a defined goal.
Can those with Te talk about where they see it used for themselves and how it interacts with Se whether it’s in your main stack or shadow?
I’m curious to know about how T

Me: INTP
I haven’t met many ISTPs IRL and I find them hard to type. In media I’m always shocked at how quiet they are.
What type do you have the hardest time identifying and why?
It’s ISTPs for me. To me they blur the sensing/intuitive distinction the best and Ti/Se can look like Te in practice. I end up wondering if they’re XNTJs or INTPs online.
I just started playing 1 on Switch 2. I'm primarily a jrpg player and hadn't tried the series before. So far I'm up to the point of recruiting Melia and the game has been fairly dry for me.
The plot is interesting, but I'm tired of hearing "Minado" and the gameplay feels overly simple. I don't mind the sidequests, but struggle a bit with navigation. Combat feels boring. Visions slow the pace of combat and I don't feel any real strategic element besides executing the same combos over and over.
Does it get better? I was considering switching to X DE to get something more complex, but I don't want to give up on Xenoblade DE too early as I know jrpgs take awhile to get going.
Te and Ni are shadow functions for both XNTPs. I have my own thoughts about both, but wanted to get your perspectives about how both Ni nemesis and Te critic show up for you internally.
I recently moved from android to iphone.
I used Move iOS to bring over my data and it seems to have missed some things. I did so via the apple cable included in my new phone with old/new phones plugged into one another.
Here's the issue. I got most of my received texts, but a large amount of my sent didn't transfer over from Google Messages.
It also didn't transfer all of my apps (including common ones like dropbox) so I'm manually having to go through and check and re-download all of them.
Is this normal and is there a solution? I believe Apple recommends doing the process over again, but I didn't have any failure during the transfer and I don't want to have to re-sign into all my apps all over again for the same result.
At the same time, I'm missing a lot of text message history and I'm unsure whether I can get them back.
Do note I did transfer carriers at the same time so Old Phone Was Carrier 1. New Iphone is on Carrier 2.
