On the left was as its longest towards the start of this year, been on a bit of a weight loss journey and over the months made a few chops to it until finally last night, got rid of the beard completely! Not sure how I’m feeling about it but it’ll grow back! 🤞🏼

New leg press at this gym… can get much better depth on this with not much back rounding compared to my other leg presses at another gym. Very happy with these. Any feedback on form/tempo or feet placement would be appreciated 🤝🏻
