I read some time ago (months) that people were having issues with BMR created with recent versions of the Agent erroring and failing with 'Authentication Error Inner Exception'.

I noticed today that a newer version (Version: 13.1.0.544) was available dated July 29, 2026.

I tested this version and the issue still exists.

Given that this version has just been released I was hopeful it would have addresses the issue.

Other than creating using a really old version of Veeam is there any other solution to this......and how long is it going to take for a fixed release?

I may be going insane but I am pretty sure that until recently my T14s used to wake from sleep when opening the lid.

It now seems that it will wake from sleep if it has been a less than a minute but any longer and the power button is required to wake it.

Whilst not a major issue it is still an annoyance.

Anyone else observed this or know what setting may have changed?

I need a little advice regarding filling in P55 with regards to interest.

Each year I take the maximum amount permissible below tax £12,570.00(+25% allowance) via UFPLS and this is my only income with the exception of savings interest.

I normally earn less than £1k in savings interest although I believe I could earn £3k tax free interest due to my low income.

I declare the pension income and the savings income and they are deducting the savings income from my tax code, which is results in it being lower than 1257L.

Am I doing this wrong, should I be putting £0 in the earned interest section of P55 or should I be declaring my £1k interest.

Also how do I get the interest paid back.

I am a reasonably new owner of a ECOSYS MA2600cwfx and am really happy with it.

However I am a little confused that on more than one occasion it has displayed the message "adding toner" after completing a print.

The toners are starter toners and showing 90% and I have only printed several small prints totalling 20 pages.

If anyone can advise if this is normal or what needs attention it would be greatly appreciated.

I have a neighbour who for several years has been a low level nuisance to just us and have reported him to the police.

He hates us because we refused to sign a wayleave for a broadband installation (he now has broadband from a different provider) but is still holding a grudge against us.

I know neighbour disputes can affect property value but once we move out the problem will no longer exist.

So I was wondering what is the likelihood of this issue affecting our property value?

I have been using my Bravia 8 65" for over a year on the same settings and it has been perfect. However a couple of weeks ago it updated to the firmware with the new EPG without channel logos.

Since then the image on quite often starts to stutter. This can be seen on OTA transmissions through the antenna and on inputs.

When using the antenna it will often begin to get jerky/stutter and I can change channel and change back again and it will be fine for a while but sometimes comes back again.

I have checked all my image settings and they have not changed.

It would appear this new version of firmware has broken things.

I have 2 Lenovo Thinkpad T14s machines and I know for certain the recovery media worked a week or 2 ago.

But now when I try using my USB boot devices they show in the boot menu but nothing happens when selecting them.

What has changed and what do I need to do?

I have been struggling to set up scanning software on my Windows 11 PC with my MA2600cfx.

I have installed the 3.3.0216 TWAIN driver and pointed it at the IP address of the printer.

I have tried the Kyocera scanning software without success and tried Paint Shop Pro, this had a little success as it did manage to get an image off the scanner but then goes crazy by seemingly receiving the same image over and over until I kill the process.

I have also tried setting things up with WIA without success but ideally would like to use TWAIN across my network.

Any advice/experience/suggestions/guidance etc would be much appreciated.

I have just installed a Kyocera MA2600 and am having issues with using it as a scanner on my Windows 10 & 11 PCs.

I have tried both USB & Network and installed all the available drivers, I can get the scan GUI but when I request the scan it just says an error has occurred (no real info on why)..

Scanning from the panel on the device works fine but as I often just need to scan part of an image directly into an art package it is an awkward workaround having to use the panel and then clipping the result.
